Winning is way better than losing, for sure.

In the same way as a Suzuki Burgman ‘Executive’ is better than a BMW R1200 whatsitsname?

Can I safely assume autocorrect screwed you over here?

Yes. ‘Devine’ naturally

Teams just can't cope with the type of football we play, the work rate we apply, and quality of player we have on the pitch and then on the bench too.

I just don't see any better side than us in this division, let alone two or three.

Just look at the wages between those who play for us and other teams. We pay many many times more.

I mean to have Vardy sitting on 140k a week and a bunch of other players on 50k plus (Vesty, Praet and Daka for example are on 70-80k a week), we are still paying more in salaries compared to some EPL teams!!

Some in the Championship are paying peanuts, like thousands a week to first team players. Hamner who was a top player for Conventry was on like 5k a week last season.

Agree. The comparitive gulf in our wages Vs the rat if the league  dwarfs the man city and Chelsea money paid to players versus the rest of the PL.

I'd estimate the difference is similar to Man City only playing in a league of  19 Palaces or Wolves.

So yeah, nice to win. But we ought to win with that advantage

I take the point that our wage bill is massive compared to those around us but we are above Leeds and Southampton who went down with us as well as Norwich and Watford who went down the season before.

We’ve probably halved our wage bill or more with sales / releases and relegation clauses.

It’s refreshing to be winning games again

Key thing is having an identity back, not just one for the sake of it either, one that is (becoming) effective, entertaining and dare we say devastating at its peak. And more importantly one that appears fully supported by the entire squad. Loving the (at long last) positivity.
