Retained list

Just wondering when the retained list will be published this year. Previously it's been around 5th June. I'm wondering if the managerial merry-go-round will impact on decision making and delay this for another week or so. 

I couldn't find anything on a quick search of the forum topics

We're currently still under the EFL's embargo until Thursday when we meet for the Premier League's AGM.

 

I would imagine that by Friday we'll know more about who is staying and who is going.

The retained list will already have been submitted, 

 

 

~EFL clubs have to submit their retained lists by the 3rd Saturday in May. (Playoff teams are given a small period of grace) the lists are then announced by the 2nd Saturday in June~

Is that not just for teams that will be in the EFL next season though?

Bearing in mind the fact that the playoff final was played on 26 /5 ( after the 3rd Saturday in May)no one would have known all teams that would or wouldn’t be playing in the 24/25 PL

No it’s for the teams that participated in that season

Embargo doesnt stop it, embargo is player registration, not player contracts.

It’s contracts aswell

I guess we’re waiting on answers from Vardy, Ndidi and Vestergaard, who in turn are waiting to see what they can get elsewhere. 

 

We know Praet, Albrighton and Iheanacho have gone. 
 

No idea on Luke Thomas. 
 

The U23s have been told, as some have already gone.

Presumably you mean u21s?

You sure?  We still did the contract for Silva some years back when we missed registration deadline.

 

Tried to find out, to me the wording isnt clear for new signings, however there is a question in the FAQ about new contracts to existing players, and it says its allowed.
