Concerns about the direction of the club

Top is demonstrating that he is being taken for a fool.   he can't see that he needs better help - Rudkin and Hurlihy are doing  terrible jobs yet he lets them carry on

I honestly think they feel they are doing just fine and that some supporters are just plebs.

Look at the £25 malarky, they honestly just thought they could slide that by and then lie to the fans.

Got to be said after a season of getting everything wrong, they got everything right today. 
 

Kept the cretin away, didn’t make it about anyone except vardy. Made it personal and set the tone well. Would have preferred they let the fans do the Tifo but I can understand that maybe they just wanted to do something for vardy themselves. 
 

touching tribute and a reminder that there is still something to be salvaged here, if they can remember the journey we’ve all been on together and why it’s important to get back to being a proper club

They did. I thought the fans played a blinder too. Polite ripple of applause when the Premier League montage came on the screen, cheers for Vardy’s clips and a lovely touch when Rob Dorset asked Vardy for his final words for the fans and we just sang ‘Rudkin out’ while Vardy just grinned 😁

They did a decent job with the exception of two things:

 

1) The pre-match display was naff. Not a patch on Blackburn at home last season.

 

2) Current squad (bar anyone who’s played with Vardy for a few years) should have walked round at full-time if you were insisting on a ‘lap of appreciation’, gone in and had nothing to do with the Vardy presentation (deserved the “you’re not fit to wear the shirt)

The club is completely dead, even Vinnie Jones  couldn’t get any response at all.
