From a quick check on FUT.gg the deep lying playmaker and Rodri evos are different evo types, with the former being a type 1 and the latter being a type 3. So I don’t understand why there would be a problem if you finish the first one and then evo’d a second Ndidi card as they are two different card types however I’ve never tried it myself, so maybe I’m missing what the issue is?

 

Edit, just looked it up and it appears you are right. That’s a bit crap. However, it appears quick selling the old evo gets around it. Some one tried to recover the old evo after they’d completed the new card and apparently this generated a duplicate version of the new evo

Yeh I picked up another Ndidi and tried putting that card into the Rodri Evo but it told me I’ve already have an evo’d version of him?

 

I wondered if I completed the deep lying playmake Ndidi and quick sold him, could I then put the other gold Ndidi card into the Rodri Evo?

Yeah, I assume you will have to complete that one, then quick sell or stick it in an SBC before you can do the Rodri one.

Scored quite a few in squad battles Gabriel is a beast from corners 😂. Not so much online though

I've always used assisted headers for squad battles and was always able to score, but lately I can't even get onto the ball and if I do it's a weak header that usually goes wide.

 

I know for online it's always set as manual for headers and I've always had trouble with that.

I find it harder to get any goals from crosses in open play just can never get on the end of anything and like you said if you do it’s weak. Sure they make it harder every week to play squad battles as well 😂

I'm assuming it was something in one of the patches. Half my goals were probably headers(mostly Kane) off crosses and corners and now almost none.

 

I've never figured out headers with the  manual setting, but it looks like I'm going to have to

😂 they change it so many times always have to figure out something new 😂
