Run number 5 completed, got a bit giddy today and fastest run so far, but last 1km started to feel every bit and more of my 50 years of age. Note to self tomorrow start off a bit slower 😂

Run 8 completed and over 25% of the way through the challenge of running 5km each and every day of October. I have set myself a little extra target of running over 100 miles in the month which means I am doing about 0.20km extra each day. And at nearly 51 years old that extra makes a massive difference 😂
