He must laugh like feck every night when he gets home. He's doing what most would. Just carry on until your sacked. You won't walk away from that salary. Nobody else would pay him in buttons to do the job he's doing.

Yes, just means the shareholders have given the powers to the directors to issue new shares and will be to do with the debt to equity swap.
