I've been a season ticket holder for several years but relinquished it this year and all the membership home points I've built up as a member before being season ticket holder and since are still there.  I don't think you lose them, but you don't get the 10pts bonus for renewing, if you don't renew. Which makes sense.

Away points maybe different, not sure if you get to keep those bonus points accrued as season ticket holder. They give you 50 each year of renewal.

PS haven't heard anything about memberships since the initial Comms about being on sale 4th. Is it happening or not? Might of been nice to communicate costs, and what is included for you money in advance of sale. But I guess that's way too much to ask for from this club.

I'm guessing the information will come out today, as this is the day the memberships are available from.

Well everything else information was available before you could buy, I knew about season tickets in advance and match day prices, but not memberships? No information about what they include or prices beforehand is strange, pretty sure previous seasons we got information before sale. And here we are into the afternoon, and still nothing about the elusive membership. Tickets supposed to be on sale Monday too if I'm not mistaken.

Will people with just memberships have decent chances of getting away tickets this season? Some of my family don't have one this year

It really varies depending on the fixtures. Sheffield United away on a Saturday afternoon is unlikely to get down to members. Middlesbrough away on a Tuesday night probably will.

Thanks wasn't sure how much different it would be from past seasons

Wasn't going to bother until I saw it gives you access to 'money can't buy experiences'

Fair play to them though for offering ballots now and again for tours round seagrave for example. I won it a couple of years ago and due to the short notice couldn’t get the time off work so had to give it up, but small things like that are ok aint they even though the whole membership scheme is wrong..

Forgot about the tour round seagrave to be fair.

Not that it applies to me this season but noticed a few tweaks.. all tickets go on sale to fox members at the same time without the need for two steps beforehand..

And wonder if the general sale will continue for the fixtures as both have been set so far (not sure if Birmingham being a category A on a Saturday would have made a difference)

So have priority points just became useless for buying tickets for members?

I should imagine it’s still 1 per game and 10 renewal, they have just taken away the priority system

I'm guessing it will still be used for a few of the "bigger games" like Coventry but who knows

Looks as though they've removed the priority bands for members entirely. So it's just on sale to members on X date and then it's a free for all.

Another reason not to bother.

Only main benefit is to get a season ticket in a couple of years should you require one

This seems stupid if true
