They send Rudkin round to management speak you to death

[hebangsthedrums]

Just email them asking to cancel the ST.

That's what I did in Feb and they told me to cancel the DD.

Didn't ask why or make it difficult, but things may have changed now the waitlist has vanished. .

But do they though?

A mate of mine cancelled after Wrexham away last season, he had no fines.

Good question. Suing is usually only useful if the loss of your revenue isn't outweighed by the cost of pursuing the case - unless they choose to make an example to discourage any other dissatisfied customer. If you could no longer attend then justifiable cause would be a matter for a court or arbitrator to decide. People change their electric and gas supplier all the time. Have a look at the contract conditions. Shame the contract doesn't have an unsatisfactory performance item in it.

I can’t speak with any certainty, but I’d imagine they’d actually do very little bar sending you a few threatening letters.

What they can probably do is blacklist you or remove all your home and away points, which could make it difficult for you to get one again in the future should the club become less shit in a few years under new management.
