we were on (leicester was) roughest pubs ibritain i think number 5 or something - however cant remember the name of it.

oi! I go in there sometimes. That pub Ikea mentioned was the one down Belgrave Gate. Royal Oak I think or the one near it.

No offence to anyone living in the area but I would think the ones up Braunstone and New Parks are no go pubs. Saffon Lane too. To even it up I don't use The Burlington that is in my area :D because it may have a reputation.

In fact if I went in any estate pub, and I had my security laples showing it may be considered a mistake on my part. But I'd only make that mistake once. :D

I remember the programme and that was the pub that was on. :yesyes:

The City's Bouncer's (Door Men) use it on Sundays :ermm:

Actually I think the Crow's Nest is a bit of a dive.

I wasn't too surprised to hear there'd been a recent murder there..

It seems to have had regular bother for at least the past decade...

Agreed, Blue Moon, Richmond, Crows Nest, the Shakespeare(this used to be abit rough but I don't know now), all no go pubs for me!!!

Isn't the Shakespeare on the way in to Braunstone and shut down years ago?

Drank in there a few times a long while ago. Didn't seem too bad.

Although, again a few years back I remember driving past there after we'd beaten the Villa and there were a load of bleeding Villa fans stretched out on the road, surrounded by ambulances and police cars.
