Dr The Singh Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 Honest Tone approaches you and offers you £233.24 per week to go over to Iraq and fight in a totally immoral war which will put the people of Britain in danger by making us all targets for terrorists. How do you respond? a) "No, thank you" b) "Fụck you Blair, that's disgusting." c) "£233.24 per week to shoot sand niggers? Where do I sign?" You discover that your actions have been directly responsible for killing a family. How do you sleep at night? a) I cry myself to sleep. b) I can't sleep. I just lie awake thinking about the misery I've caused. c) I sleep fine so I can wake up refreshed and ready to kill more sand niggers. Cretinous though he may be, we cannot solely blame Blair for the fact that so many British people would answer c) to both questions. We should all be ashamed that our society has produced so much scum. Anybody watch Dispatches on channel 4 last night. All I can say is if the dispatches report is correct, then the government's treatment of the troops is diabolical. Blair is not solely for blame, it's the capatilist regime's that go hand in hand with our government aswell. I don't think there would be alot of people, certainly a minority that would answer C , to both of your questions those that do should be ashamed!!!
davieG Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 There are over 190,000 "people" (if they can be considered human) in the British Armed Forces. Yes but they didn't take the Queen's shilling to fight in Iraq, they took it to defend this country, unfortunately we live in a "democratic" country and they have to abide by the government of the day's interpretation of defending. They can't pick and choose and are expected to be apolitical, sure their prinicples/conscience might tell them otherwise but it is easier said than done to just refuse to fight. I would also assume at least 'some' of them do not behave/believe in the way you suggest.
Daggers Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 Would anyone care for a cup of tea and a biscuit. My mum swears by this treatment when things get a bit feisty over Xmas in our house...and aftyerwards we could all have a group hug?

Dr The Singh Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 A decent, moral human being would abscond when told to go to Iraq. It's that simple. Wouldn't it be better that every decent moral human being would go against the government, stop whatever they are doing and overthrow or force the governement to stop. Starting, you could say a revolution!! That way there would be no soldiers in Iraq. It's that simple!!!! The chances are very unlikely!!!

Teeno Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 Going Get a large St George's flag and Have LCFC on it for when I'm in Magaluf for the semi's and final. It's great to see so many flags about even at this point, imagine what the country will be like during the world cup. We should be proud and celebrate being English, this country is great and we are lucky to live in such a fine place.

I understand the blackpool council are banning the St George flag I dare, no i double dare the anti-English Leicester city council try that here, i'd stand nose to nose with them with TWO flags in hand. Time for a revolution, lets take our country back.

I think it's great that people get patriotic around sporting events like the world cup and I don't think you'll find a single person in the country that object to the flags etc.

Gamesmaster Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 I don't think you'll find a single person in the country that object to the flags etc. Thats it, i havnt heard one single person say he is offended by the flag, yet namby pamby anti-english one legged tap dancing lesbian councilours see it as there "duty" to make a stand for those who "might" be offended i hear more and more english people on the radio say "im OFF to new zealand", cause they've had enough, and now we cant protest against dictator blair without a permit im a telling yus, this country is heading for a revolution. start digging a cellar, and stock up on beans learn to grow veg, buy a pig, chicken and cow hold on, before you do that, get some land, preferably in the sticks near a well stocked pub
Lemon Harpic Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 I understand the blackpool council are banning the St George flag Not quite. They are banning taxi drivers from wearing anything with the Three Lions, cross of St George or the word "England" on it. The reason for this is that Blackpool gets a lot of tourists from Scotland, and the Scottish people are really fücking immature.

It's PC gone mad!!! I don't think thre is any other nation that would sell it's flag or national identity!!!
Chairman of the Bored Posted 23 May 2006 Author Posted 23 May 2006 Cheltenham Council is now banning flags in/on taxis.
Cobbo Posted 23 May 2006 Posted 23 May 2006 It's white and has a red cross in the middle. St Gearge had it on his shield when he was kicking a dragon's ass
