Stuliasz Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 I went to Wycombe vs Coalville Town (my home town) next weekend rather than Leicester v Sunderland?
Ash Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 It would be purely up to you mate , Who cares what people think anyway ?
Cobbo Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 I would cry you a river Ps. Welcome back Sheff Fox, not seen you posting around here much lately. Anyway, Wycombe vs Coalville will probably have better football than our game
Stuliasz Posted 4 November 2004 Author Posted 4 November 2004 Yeh sorry I haven't been posting a lot, uni has been taking up a lot of my time recently and thus the ratings have also suffered, I'm hoping to catch up on these soon though. I'm just wondering what people's thoughts are Ashov just purely out of curiosity. Its probably a lifetime one off for Coalville though so as long as I'm not gonna be called a traitor, I think I may have to miss my first ever league game at the Walkers.

It is indeed a one off for Coalville and if you fancy watching that game instead, go for it!
filbertway Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 I will be missing the leicester game for it. Its a once in a life time thing. You have to go if you have the chance.
Steven Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 First of all you are lucky to have the choice. Secondly I would go to the FA Cup game.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 I think you should go. You'll be really disappointed if you go to the Leicester City Sunderland game and we lose and Coalville beat Wycombe.
Hullfox Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Go to Wycombe Sheff, as people say, it's a one off. I'll be missing the Sunderland game too, off to Peru!!!!!

Anish Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Sheff Fox, go the the Coalville game - your absence from the Walkers won't make any difference!
Stuliasz Posted 4 November 2004 Author Posted 4 November 2004 Hope you aren't saying I don't make any noise when I'm at the Walkers
Anish Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Hope you aren't saying I don't make any noise when I'm at the Walkers 33415[/snapback] HA Nah I meant that with the attendances as poor as they are, one less person not attending won't make a big difference
Guest Daniel Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Id say your a terrible fan and you should go to hell...

Scow Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Depends on how you feel about your home town team. If it was my local side Mountsorrel who were playing in the FA cup against Wycombe, then I would choose Leicester everytime - I don't have any affinity with Mountsorrel, although it would be an interesting game.

But the FA cups special too, and i'd love to see Wycombe get done over in a similar fashion to how they did us over
Guest Posted 5 November 2004 Posted 5 November 2004 You obviously want to go, otherwise you wouldn't be asking!! If I were you, I would go, and hope Coalville do to them what they did to us!

We all know that won't ever happen Scowy. It's not like you'll ever have to chose. When I was too young to go to Leicester games I used to go and watch Rothley Imps and then I used to follow Quorn at home and some away games. If Quorn got to the FA cup 1st round I might consider going. Mountsorrel's a pub team.

I actually remember your brother now. He came to my primary school for the last year or two because he moved from Desford I think it was. He used to always go on about how he lived near Stu Wilson and he could get his autograph for people. Bit off the topic there but just remembered.
