dandannieldanok Posted 25 June 2006 Posted 25 June 2006 I am sure that most of you are in the World Cup section and who could blame you, its the best sports competition in the world, but I am looking forward to Wimbledon tomorrow. Roger Federer should progress but he faces a great youngster in Richard Gasquet, it is a potentially explosive match. Also Tim Henman starts againt Soderling from Sweden, the outcome could be anything in an unpredictable encouter. So is it just me who is exciting or what?

I thought Tim had a good chance of at least reaching the quarters... but he has federer in the second round (winning permitted) so see ya later Timmy.

Daggers Posted 26 June 2006 Posted 26 June 2006 I like strawberries but I'd never pay Wimbledon prices. Somehow, it has always struck me as a game for the Womans Institute and Cliff Richard, like rounders, and as such never gripped me.
