I am sure that most of you are in the World Cup section and who could blame you, its the best sports competition in the world, but I am looking forward to Wimbledon tomorrow. Roger Federer should progress but he faces a great youngster in Richard Gasquet, it is a potentially explosive match. Also Tim Henman starts againt Soderling from Sweden, the outcome could be anything in an unpredictable encouter.

So is it just me who is exciting or what?

Simply, no. I dont see what is interesting about watching tennis. Other people may disagree

Love it, the REAL sports tournament is about to begin :D

I don't see anyone beating federer simple as really.

I thought Tim had a good chance of at least reaching the quarters... but he has federer in the second round (winning permitted) so see ya later Timmy.

I love a bit of Wimbledon, although I know sod all about tennis.

Looking at the men's draw, it's a bitch for the UK men - my prediction is none of them past R3.

R2 - Henman v Federer :o:o:o Hard lines, Timbo!

Would be nice to see Sharapova get the women's title back..

Other than that, I probably won't bother with it this year.

I'll follow it until all the Americans are knocked out--we all know who's gonna win the men's side, anyway.

I like strawberries but I'd never pay Wimbledon prices. Somehow, it has always struck me as a game for the Womans Institute and Cliff Richard, like rounders, and as such never gripped me.

I don't care about Wimbledon really, I do watch the odd match but not when the world cup is on.

I prefer watching grass court tennis, but playing on hard courts. Not that I know anything about it.... :ermm:

Federer is currently brushing aside the ''next big thing''. The guy is unstoppable, he's going to need a seriously bad day to lose this year.
