davieG Posted 14 July 2006 Author Posted 14 July 2006 I've got a hammer I don't agree with the reporting, if it had been suppressed then others would be arguing for freedom of information and inquiring as to the forces at work vetting news stories. I agree totally that it should never have got that far. The woman, I assume, is a sad product of our claims culture. If she had got her way and got him sacked then she'd be lined up for a couple of good NOTW exclusives and a decent day in court seeking money in compensation. As for his resignation, I think that if he had a better relationship with the 'under stress' Head then this wouldn't have ever got this far. No one has been punished (great word though, exacerbate). He has resigned from a post that he was leaving in a couple of weeks time. I see no witch hunt - just a sad, greedy and stupid little woman. Ultimately, we are all singing from the same school hymn book here Yes shame I spelt it wrong . Is that the same hymn book I used to shove down my trousers prior to be caned for talking in class.
The People's Hero Posted 14 July 2006 Posted 14 July 2006 Why would you want to kiss a kid? Kids are annoying. Also, it's unlikely (and wrong) to think it would lead to sex, and fran kly, isn't that the point of kissing? Have I missed the point? Do I care?
Steven Posted 14 July 2006 Posted 14 July 2006 ok nail em all up If he said "Suffer the little children to come unto me" into today's world he would get right funny looks.

Daggers Posted 15 July 2006 Posted 15 July 2006 what really happened after the infamous "kissing" incident "Honey, it's Jesus ... He's asking if you want to pop round to his place for dinner?" "Aw not again, you didn't tell him I was in did you?" "He said he knows you're going to denounce him three times and you'd better do it on a full stomach..." "...but he'll be all 'blessed are the meek' and 'suffer unto me the kids' and all that stuff. It's not right I tell you, not right at all. Tell him I've got a tummy ache..." "Honey, he says he saw the curtains moving and he knows you're downstairs watching 'Pimp My Jehovah'...and he says you'd better start off early because the road to Damascus is backed up to buggery." "Oh nuts! OK, tell him I've got to go to the doctors to see about my anal warts ~ I'm not going anywhere unless Baptist boy comes too. I just hope the neighbours don't find out."
