shen Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 never heard of Scott Lycett on the bench and isnt Wykes a U-16 player?? Anyway, nice to see a good mix of old and young players! And with Gemmill not in the squad, will it mean he's gonna start vs. Plymouth? We deffo know that Morris will!
Samu Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Although they will have Dublin in defence they have 4 strikers playing. How come we have so many strikers but none seem to be performing....or be getting the chance in some cases

Why they dont perform is pretty simple: Dublin is past it, Blake hasn't merited a place yet with his unconvincing performances. Benjamin should be on the bench IMO (big physical presence and versatility, and he's scored for us at this level before!). Wright's confidence is probably quite low. I wonder if he expected more first team chances and is frustrated he hasn't got them...
Cobbo Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Jimmy Walker is a bloody good keeper, much better than Bywater IMO.
Muz Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Half Time: LCFC 3-0 West Ham Williams,Blake and Tommy Wright. Blake is on form.
Mark Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Must be, first goal for the reserves I think the top scorer for the reserves should get a chance Where you get the info from anyway?
Muz Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Must be, first goal for the reserves I think the top scorer for the reserves should get a chance Where you get the info from anyway? 39273 Dont ask questions mate
emmalcfc Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 I think Wrights goal was quite good. Logan made 2 good saves, even though he'd just gave the ball away on 1 of them
Scow Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Emma, what was the final score? And how did Dawson play?
Ash Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Emma, what was the final score? And how did Dawson play? 39285 ...............and Williams ?

emmalcfc Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Emma, what was the final score? And how did Dawson play? 39285 Final score was 3-0. Dawson had a great game, held the ball up well, got the ball off people, and had a few shots on goal. Williams had an excellent game, good goal, hopes he's back in first team soon
Ash Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Great news ! Hopefully he'll be back in the first team for Saturday !
Muz Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Great news ! Hopefully he'll be back in the first team for Saturday ! 39293 On that performance he should be. Dawson did very well though. His energy was endless. These two should start on Saturday. Wont happen though
Ash Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Does Dawson play like Joey then ? They sound like similar players
Muz Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Does Dawson play like Joey then ? They sound like similar players 39296 Kind of. Better on tonights performance!
Mark Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Despite how well he played, as expected of course, Gemmill is going to get the nod ahead of him. I wish things would change. He don't deserve any more minutes playing for us.

Agree with you though Gemmill is awfull.
