Ric Flair Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 I doubt very much that we would have been relegated in 01/02 if we got Redknapp because if you look back at the team we had it was better than 4 or 5 teams that were in the league at that time, we just had zero team spirit and zero confidence. Redknapp would of sorted that out, aaah well.

He was the best thing that has happened to them in many a year and I doubt they will attract a manager that could do the job as well as Harry. In my opinion Redknapp has been an excellent manager for many years with limited resources. I wouldn't be surprised if Portsmouth struggle for the rest of the season and face a relegation battle next season.
