MC Prussian Posted 26 August 2006 Posted 26 August 2006 And do you still know me? Not only am I a foreigner, now I feel like a total stranger somehow. I don't even know how I could stop writing on here for such a long time, after being a rather active member. Reminds me of Deathside's situation. It seems like I missed a lot, and it proves that you have to be online every single day or at least more than 50 percent of the week in order to keep up with the news. In all honesty, I haven't a single clue what has happened in and around the club since the season has begun, I do visit bbc.co.uk from time to time to catch all the news. Otherwise, I just can't surf during the week and my weekends tend to be rather short. Would have loved to come over again for the Macclesfield and Southend week, but I'm still involved in the Swiss Army and will do so until Mid-September. I still keep the hope of visiting Leicester alive, though I can't promise anything. And how are you guys doing?

Deathside Posted 9 September 2006 Posted 9 September 2006 The fact that you're often absent from this forum (work & travel, I guess) and thus miss a lot. Aha - That explains it - I often miss a lot due to short attention span or simply being a lazy fúck also

MC Prussian Posted 9 September 2006 Author Posted 9 September 2006 SwissFox reappears shortly before 9/11 anniversary.....conspiracy or coincidence????? 'Tis totally on purpose, tell thee!
Dellyjo Posted 9 September 2006 Posted 9 September 2006 'Tis totally on purpose, tell thee! Are you still in Canada Alex?
MC Prussian Posted 10 September 2006 Author Posted 10 September 2006 Are you still in Canada Alex? Nope. My visa was running out in late July and I wasn't able to find a job in Vancouver (which is hard for foreigners, anyway) so I got back home and am now on the hunt for a job in the European film industry. So far, without success. Just about to finish this year's duty in the army. One more week to go. I hope I'll be able to see Stephen Frears, Ueli Steiger (Emmerich's Director Of Photography) and Kubrick's producer, Jan Harlan, in about two weeks time in Zurich for a two-day workshop.
