Absolutely loved it

set in 1930's korea, a sort of rip off of The Good, The Bad, The Ugly but i thought it was even better than it

in subtitles though, but definitely worth watching

Kim Ji-woon is a genius. Easily one of my favourite directors.

My two favourites are a ridiculously bad ass gangster film called Bittersweet Life (which has possibly the coolest character of all time in it) and a psychological horror film called Tale of Two Sisters which is visually stunning and a bit of "a thinky."

Watched Wall Street 2 Friday. Thought it was very, very average.

If you liked that, have you seen this? I'm not a massive Takashi Miike fan - in fact I think he's made a terrible amount of sheer overrated dross; but if you liked Good, The Bad, The Weird it might be up your alley.

Not seen that, what is it called, I can't seem to work out the title!? I've not really seen too many films from that region but I normally enjoy them more than your typical Hollywood film so some more recommendations would be welcome.

I'm trying to think of titles I've seen but me mind's gone blank. I think that Oldboy and The Good, The Bad and The Weird were the last ones I saw so I'm pretty out of date.

Watched Eden Lake again over the weekend - my god, that film leaves you in a weird mood.

Also watched The Disappearance of Alice Creed - pretty good especially for just three actors and a handful of sets. 4 stars I reckon
