that the LOTR prequel?

Sort of - but not really.

It's a far more light-hearted, innocent story really. There are brief references to what's to come in that Bilbo finds the ring during The Hobbit but it's mostly a completely different story.

More than one film of it then

I used to love Lotr when i was younger. :sweating:

Ill be 19 when this comes out  Scary.

Wish i was only just turning 19 when this came out...did you not see how old i'll be? lol

Are you serious, i watched that film about a year ago and thought it was crap. Shooting your kid at the end and then surviving is a shocking story line.

Think you may be in the minority in thinking this was crap

Everyone i know really enjoyed it and i agree the ending is shocking, but wasn't that the point the film was trying to make :dunno:

Continuing on the childhood horror theme...

Fooooooool.

Oh yes, another early 90's classic. I watched this again about 6 months ago and it's very funny. That man and wife are right nutters and come out with some real corkers!

Learnt about that in Psychology. Good study to learn from and learn about.

Might watch it this weekend actually.

Thought it was boring.

I watched Frozen last night - the reviews I read were glowing, I dont know why because it was pretty dull, plus there was a pretty obvious way to escape their situation but they didn't try it which was frustrating.

Agreed. Found the acting very wooden as well.
