Sounds like Elvis is unhappy, let's hope we bounce him out of here. We don't need him, we've got Carl.

Sounds like Elvis should shut his mouth and stop moaning. Who the hell does he think he is anyway? He seems to have a deluded belief in himself that he's actually a fantastic player who could quite easily just go and walk into any top team? If Elvis was an intelligent person he would realise that he doesn't get a starting place in a struggling championship team because he's so sh1t he probably couldn't even get into a league 1 or 2 side.

Let's be fair to him, he's not been in the side since Kelly took over and this is the first time he's ever said anything. If I was a footballer and had made about 3 starts in 8 months then i'd be pissed off aswell. Elvis is hardly going to think he's crap, I know we know he is but he's hardly going to give up unfortunately.

That about sums it up.

i think hume (similarly to porter) is a player who could operate quite nicely given a free role behind the front two, i'd play fryatt o'grady up front with hume behind, while we insist on playing 1 or less wingers per game we need a spark from midfield and that is what he could produce

It's a toughie but i chose COG because i think Hammond lacks the technical ability. I think with some help COG can become a good player, just need someone to whisper in his ear to be aware of players around him and to stop diving

Clubs should be able to put a shit player buyback clause in contracts. So LCFC could phone up Fulham and say "Hi there, Mr Coleman. Sorry about this but it would appear that the player we have signed from yourselves is shit. We did do some scouting and had a look at him but you know what it's like, a few slip through the net every now and then so we're going to send him back to you and you can refund the money in due course. Again, apologies for overlooking his complete and utter ineptitude as a footballer before we spent thousands of pounds of our supporters' hard-earned cash on the donkey. To be honest, we don't care that much anyway. Some of 'em will watch any old shite and we don't care about getting the others back, we'll continue to churn out the same old rubbish til we get bailed out again. Hope you're well. Love Tim and the gang."

To be fair, we had him in on loan and he looked shite then, so why we paid the money for him, god knws

Panic.

CL was clearly frit to death by the possibility of Elvis being recalled, and us being short of a striker requiring last minute loan deals being arranged.

Not that there was ever any risk of him being recalled. :D

Levien papped his pants at the thought of not signing anyone......remember Hume was a deadline day signing, so I suppose if he didn't sign Hume he would have had Hammond as a back up!!

and if a player feels he cannot aproach his manager then theres something wrong

That's just one area where football differs from most other jobs. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but knocking on the manager's door is seen as an ultimatum in football whereas in in most other places, people re happy to pretend it isn't.
