lookwhaticando Posted 22 October 2006 Posted 22 October 2006 Five bloody one, and they can't even chant for the manager to be sacked  Position 23 Oh the joys of being managerless and wank at the same time.
Daggers Posted 25 October 2006 Author Posted 25 October 2006 He was paraded around Elland Road before the tie, which was played in front of 10,441, and watched the match from the stands. Ten and a half thousand eh? Woooooooooooooooooooooo!
Leicester Lass Posted 25 October 2006 Posted 25 October 2006 Ten and a half thousand eh? Woooooooooooooooooooooo! 10 and a half thousand and losing to Sarfend
Guest Gist Posted 25 October 2006 Posted 25 October 2006 This thread gets better and better by the day! Can Southend beat them twice in one week? I hope so! continue the fall of the 'mighty' Leeds.
Finnegan Posted 26 October 2006 Posted 26 October 2006 Hahaha. He's making an early bid for popularity. What a ****.
lcfc_jme Posted 26 October 2006 Posted 26 October 2006 Saw this on SSN earlier. I just thought to meself " It figures, what a pr!ck ". That's just what their club needs atm - nasty behaviour and suspensions when they're 23rd in the table!!
Swedging Posted 26 October 2006 Posted 26 October 2006 Hahaha. He's making an early bid for popularity. What a ****. How much nastier can they be? They tried to kick us off the park last season.
Daggers Posted 26 October 2006 Author Posted 26 October 2006 "If you want to complain about my managerial appointment then go and support another club!"...to paraphrase Ken Bates today. A golden period to be a Leeds fan!
Joe. Posted 26 October 2006 Posted 26 October 2006 Hope he sends them to the murky depths of League One. they deserve it.
lcfc_jme Posted 28 October 2006 Posted 28 October 2006 Not so easy to laugh at Leeds this weekend. They won 2-0 at home infront of 19,528 fans today to give poison dwarf aka Dennis Wise a winning start as their gaffer
Ultra Posted 29 October 2006 Posted 29 October 2006 19528? Hardly a ringing endorsement of the poison dwarf by the "loyal" Leeds following. . And beating a side which was playing THREE levels below them not so long back doesn't necessarily herald a return of the glory days, either..

And beating a side which was playing THREE levels below them not so long back doesn't necessarily herald a return of the glory days, either.. It doesn't you're right. But it's a step in the right direction isn't it?? This is a club that had lost their last 5 in all competitions, conceding 18 along the way. They beat a team 2-0 today who beat them 3-1 in midweek. Add that to the fact that they kept a clean sheet (their first since August the 27th), and unfortunately it gives you the impression that Leeds may well get it together under Wise Hopefully it's all just a flash in the pan though

Daggers Posted 1 November 2006 Author Posted 1 November 2006 Preston 4-1 Leeds David Nugent starred for second place Preston as they powered to a fine win to stun new Leeds manager Dennis Wise. Nugent crossed for Danny Dichio to head in the first and then squared for Danny Pugh to stab home the second. Nugent tapped in a Simon Whaley cross at the start of the second half but David Healy pulled one back with a tap-in from Richard Cresswell's cross. North End substitute Lewis Neal rounded off victory with a heavily deflected strike from 30 yards.
