You'll love this little article on 606. ;)

Wise to go!!

Manager out... after what, about ten games? lol

I hope Wise doesn't go...he seems to be doing a great job of taking them down. And plus it would add to a great game at The Walkers !

We'll all have to wait until the 13th of March!

Worth a wait, though.

Sure is. They should try and bring in Lee Marshall and Junior Lewis to help them stay up. Quality players

Great to see Leeds get a pasting on The Championship this morning at ther icing on the cake, Wise getting sent off :D

Here's what he said after the 2-3 defeat to West Brom:

"I don't understand how they can perform like that in the second half and perform like that in the first half - and I told them so. lol

"I was disappointed with the goals we conceded. You can't defend as we did, at times we were asleep at the back.

"It's easier to drop off and let them have it. It's braver to be closer to them."

It gets even more hilarious:

(A Leeds fan on 606)

"1. I watched the Championship program this morning, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing that the average age of our side is an incredible 31 and a half years old!! I read of people in other articles claiming that Wise's signings have been 'wise', 'good' and at a 'low price' too- which is exactly my point. I just don't know what to think....

The years of the Bowyer's, Lennon's, Smith's and Kewell's have gone, and now, it looks like these 'have beens' are all we can muster in our pathetic attempt (so far) to stay up...

2.Gary Kelly's wages. Unbelievable. From the Irish Daily Star Sunday:

- "Leeds United have sensationally admitted they blew all of the money they earned from their 2000-2001 Champions League run on Gary Kelly's current contract. That was £18million over 5 years"

- "Still picking up a salary of 70,000 Euro a week at the Championship strugglers, which places him as one of the three best paid fullbacks in England with only Ashley Cole at Chelsea and Gary Neville at Manchester United paid more"

- "Kelly, 32, sees his 5-year contract run out at the end of the season, and the club are counting the days until he is off the wage bill"

- "He is among the four best paid Irish players in England- Only Shay Given, Robbie Keane and Damien Duff would be on the same kind of money"

- "From a footballing viewpoint, Kelly should have moved on years ago to prolong his top level career, but with nobody prepared to offer him half of what he was on at Elland Road, why should he leave?"

Absolutely ridiculous. Is GK the loyal servant he is portrayed at ER, or just another one of those money-grabbers? I have utmost respect for this guy, as a player and professional, and for what he has done for this club, but the fact that DW stripped him of vice-captaincy earlier in the season just adds fuel to these claims. This just beggars belief..."

Thirty one and a half years! :o

That's old enough to rival a Micky Adams squad! :o

Blimey - no wonder the Leeds fans aren't happy campers at the minute.

Watch this space!!!!!

He can't be far off their "Worst Manager Ever"?

True. I just hope he stays until they come to The Walkers.

Really hope they go down, the way they have been playing they have to surely?

I hope they do too. But it just doesn't seem that they will for some reason they always have that look about them that they will get lucky :P:angry:

FA confirms Wise reported by ref

Leeds boss Dennis Wise could face charges after the Football Association confirmed he was reported by the referee after the defeat to West Brom.

BBC Rado Leeds reports that Wise appeared to strike Baggies striker Diomansy Kamara as he left the pitch.

Wise reacted to the time the Baggies striker took leaving the pitch when subsituted late in the 3-2 defeat.

The FA will now consider referee Neil Swarbrick's report and video evidence before deciding whether to charge Wise.

Wise is an idiot. I'll be glad if he gets charged or banned from the touchline. I'll also be glad to see Leeds go down with him in charge - it's almost perfect. And it looks like happening as well :D

Good.

I'll stay away from this thread from now on :ph34r:

You needn't do that.

Just don't invite those dubious creatures called "Leeds Fans" over.

(Or cancel the "friendship" )
