Manwell Pablo Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 Every Leeds match I have been too at the Walkers and Filbert they always sing that one. Its insulting to our fans and our City. Thats why I will always hate Leeds. Not that it matters, but it's also a bit rich to be honest.
LS11 0ES Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 Again, your just a town full of pakis came first, which is just as bad. No they didn't and no they're not. I'd like to come on here and discuss the relegation battle, but it seems I'm unable to do that with hate-fuelled sickos glorifying the murder of two football fans. Imagine if they were one of your family members.

Imagine if they were one of your family members. As I said I'm not condoning it at all and to be honest if the shoe was on the other foot and it was you saying something about Leicester City fans having died you'd of probabley of been banned by now. I understand that the comment is completley offensive and to be honest if I had any power on this board I would have him appolgise or be banned. But seriously, get off your high horse, before you come on here complaining about 300 idoits in our stadium singing songs loosely related to the fact that you once got attacked by a mob of Turkish thugs, I'd take a look at your own racist fans who like to sing graphic songs about the Munich air disaster, or is that allowed as the victims weren't connected to Leeds United?

Are you stuck in the 80s? Get with the times, only club that sing Munich now is Liverpool. We've sung it once in recent years, when Man Utd fans brought a banner reading 'MUFC Istanbul Reds'. On reflection, it was wrong to retaliate in that way. A few sang town full of pakis in reaction to your sick chants, but soon got shouted down with proper Leeds chants to intimidate the cowards in the right way.
The People's Hero Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 A few sang town full of pakis in reaction to your sick chants. Believe what you like, that's not true though is it.
Brainy Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 Tuesday, 01 August 2006 Friendly Match York 2-0 Leeds
hairy Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 I'd like to come on here and discuss the relegation battle Come on then, as you have only mentioned it once. We have two more points than you and a game in hand. Yes our current form is disasterous which is why we are in the poition we are in. Neither clubs remaining games look as if they will yield many points but sometimes when your backs to the wall things happen.....we just hope they will happen sooner rather than later.

Why did Hear it being chanted loud and clear at Elland Road when we played you a few years back then? Oh and if I remember rightly it was only a three or four years ago, someone connected with Man u died ( I don't remember who) and despite every other club in the whole country honouring the minutes silence your lot turned their backs and sung the above song. Seems to you have your facts mixed, people on Leeds United boards admit it was you that started the episode at the Walkers so I don't know why your trying to claim otherwise. And you've sung that song nearly enough every time you've been down to Leicester for years.

I see one of them mentioned the fact we have tough games? Leicester: Birmingham (H) Preston (A) Barnsley (A) Wolves (H) Leeds: Southampton (A) Ipswich (H) Derby (A) i think thats right? I think I know the run-in i'd prefer, and it's not because they have a game in hand.

Saturday could be very important for us assuming we don't beat Birmingham tomorrow.
LS11 0ES Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 Believe what you like, that's not true though is it. I was there and that's the truth, your chants came totally out of the blue from a group of chavs to our left (upset with being outsung, it seems) which is why a percentage of the Leeds corner reacted and attempted to breach the segregation. Where were you sat that day?

Look mate, you are the only Leeds fan I know who even contests the fact that you started it.
MC Prussian Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 This thread should never be allowed to leave the top of this board. Are you changing affiliations then? Switching teams and loyalty? Coming down to Leicester? I suppose your own team could be more in need of fans like you. After all, they represent the club to the outside world.

Flynny Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 Agreed, it was a bit below the belt. Then again so is some of the raciest slurs that have been coming out of your forum. Was a bit. Only said it because: 1. 'Town full of Pakis' at game and on their board. 2. I wasn't actually condoning the chant, just cracking a joke referring to it.
Wezleylowski Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 I'd just like to say that my sig and my username arent taking the piss they where the same before i even saw this thread.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 After the decades of racist abuse you lot have dished out, in consistently much larger numbers I might add, you'd think you might be able to cope with a few morons singing about Istanbul without tarring all of us with the same brush.

Some people Leeds fans have a short memory.
James. Posted 16 April 2007 Posted 16 April 2007 Some people Leeds fans have a selective short memory. Don't forget they were banging on about being arguably the best team in the world or some shit earlier...
