My current favourite comes down to... Brie. Or.... Double Gloucester with peppercorns in it. Discuss. Or don't. I'm not bothered.

Hmm depends on the mood. Brie is good. I had a Danish version once. It was really delicious! Never had double Gloucester with peppercorns though. I have also always liked types of Emmenthal ...

It's georgeous toasted. A bit of buffalo motzerella can't be beaten melted either. edit: apparently it's spelt halloumi! There you go.
