MC Prussian Posted 25 November 2006 Posted 25 November 2006 This one's quite hard to get. Collector's pay a fortune for a slice.
Random Burglar Posted 25 November 2006 Posted 25 November 2006 Halumi. End of. That stuff is the dogs...
lookwhaticando Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 I'm with you Oo-er. Cheese with mould is a big no-no. It's wrong. The store prefers to refer to it as "all natural". Wensleydale knocks the socks off all other cheeses. Fact.
Finnegan Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 What? Huh? Where? Sorry? Did I hear mention of a stella intergalactic roadtrip to see a gig? He who is of Knighton, he is who of Wales, he is who of Fez and he whom be Heroic?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 What? Huh? Where? Sorry? Did I hear mention of a stella intergalactic roadtrip to see a gig? He who is of Knighton, he is who of Wales, he is who of Fez and he whom be Heroic? Shotgun front seat.
The People's Hero Posted 26 November 2006 Author Posted 26 November 2006 KOKOKOKOKOKOKOPOPS will want to come too. Epic.
Finnegan Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Shotgun front seat. DAMNIT! I mean, er... you can't call shotgun til you can see the car! HAHA!
The People's Hero Posted 26 November 2006 Author Posted 26 November 2006 Yes. Brixton Academy. Who's in?
Finnegan Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 HELL YEAH. DERRRRR DER DER! Baggy trousers! Baggy trousers!
The People's Hero Posted 26 November 2006 Author Posted 26 November 2006 Update. Not sure Fez can do it. Await more from him and if necessary more ideas/suggestions.
lookwhaticando Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 HELL YEAH. DERRRRR DER DER! Baggy trousers! Baggy trousers! Definitely!
Wycombe Fox Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Stayed up late last night doing my accounts whilst sat in front of the TV. Watched the Ashes followed by the A1 GP and then turned over to the NFL. Between the Ashes and the A1 I had a snack of Tesco Mature Chedder, a tomato, four stuffed olives, two large pickled onions in strong vinegar and a load of Mexicana cheese stuffed down with Ritz Crackers. It tasted bloody lovely at the time but this morning it tastes like a big furry animal has done something nasty in my mouth and then died in it! Mexicana's OK but is a bit heavy. Davidstow's good but my favourite has to be freshly grated Parmesan on a rocket salad drizzled with freshly squeezed lemon.
Nationwider Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Le Roi de Fromage est Le Stilton. I spent all weekend at the cheeseboard and stilton was the winner. Closely followed by Wensleydale.
The People's Hero Posted 28 November 2006 Author Posted 28 November 2006 Brie is the cheese of the moment, cheeseheads.
The People's Hero Posted 7 January 2007 Author Posted 7 January 2007 As I eat some cheese (cheddar) with some grapes and some biscuits, I wonder... do we have a conclusion? What is the (Andy) King of cheeses? Which cheese is equal to or better than all of our other midfielders but has cruelly been denied a first time opportunity as yet?

Which cheese is equal to or better than all of our other midfielders but has cruelly been denied a first time opportunity as yet? Tonight has been the Night Of A 1000 Cheeses, chez Nathan Wilder. A gala occasion - T'PH, you should have been here....! Double Gloucester Wensleydale Boursin Cheddar Something stinky All washed down with Snickers and some Pink Wine - in what can only be described as an end-of-Crimbo meltdown. Alan Sheehan is Primula. Andy Johnson is old socks.

My invite must have been in the same 'lost' batch of pms as my invitation for reinstatement as moderator. *miaow* I could really go for some camembert right now with crusty bread, like they serve in my local.
Deathside Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 My cheeses of choice are (in no particular order) Emmental Halloumi Mozzarella Vegetarian Parmigiano
The People's Hero Posted 8 January 2007 Author Posted 8 January 2007 Emmenthal is legendary. If my girlfriend hasn't left her place yet... she could pick me some up on the way round.... hmmmmmm!
