DB11 Posted 29 November 2006 Posted 29 November 2006 Bloody hell the youth team can do better than the current team, maybe even put the reserves in?

Thracian Posted 29 November 2006 Posted 29 November 2006 Bloody hell the youth team can do better than the current team, maybe even put the reserves in? Not far off the same thing last season.

lookwhaticando Posted 29 November 2006 Author Posted 29 November 2006 No it was ridculous. I was hope you, at least, would approve. I know you're such a huge fan of the academy and reserve lads.
Glen_lcfc Posted 29 November 2006 Posted 29 November 2006 I believe its the tactics/Formation that need to change - and not so much the team selection - as I can understand with injuries Kelly's hand has somewhat been dealt for him. 4-3-3 - sensible to try and seems to work in the last 10 mins of every game so far. 4-2-4 - more radical but being as our midfield has been dire so far what the hell - give it a go Thoughts?
MBK Posted 30 November 2006 Posted 30 November 2006 Stearman is injured? Henderson (he deserves a chance, when he's kicking look away but he's an excellent stopper) Stearman, McAuley, Kisnorbo, Nisse (Sheehan) Hughes(Williams), Weso, Tiatto Porter Hume, Fryatt (Dodds)

Daggers Posted 30 November 2006 Posted 30 November 2006 Seems someone else forgot his numbers The last time I looked 4-3-3 plus a keeper made up eleven players. What do they teach in Maths classes these days?
Thracian Posted 30 November 2006 Posted 30 November 2006 Logan Stearman McAuley Kisnorbo Sheehan Hammond Weso Hughes Porter Hume Dodds That would probably work if Sheehan were fit. It's a bit ironic that the last time Sheehan played a full match for the first team it was against Sheffield Wednesday at home. He contributed well and we won at a canter by 2-0. We never looked like beating Wednesday in either of the matches since. Sadly, there doesn't seem any signs that Sheehan will ever been seen playing football at Leicester again. If it's not one thing it's another and if it's not anything they still don't seem to have anywhere for him to play. But we're getting bloody desperate to play Maybury at left-back. Nothing against him whatsoever on the right but t'other side.... no thanks. If I had to bet I really doubt Sheehan's gonna break through here. It just doesn't seem to be written somehow. Let's just hope Joe Mattock can put a smile on his face and cross his final hurdles...
Manwell Pablo Posted 30 November 2006 Posted 30 November 2006 Seems someone else forgot his numbers Seriously, learn to count.
Daggers Posted 30 November 2006 Posted 30 November 2006 Seriously, learn to count. Come on, give him a break...they only do number bonds to 10 these days because of the pressure of including a daily act of worship in the Primary curriculum. Consequently, all schoolkids now can only do small sums unless they have a calculator...in which case they all know how to make it say 80085

Chuckle you got me wrong....meant to refer to the fact previously i had got an extra sub on teamsheet. My maths teacher was Scottish though!
