Those were the days

Recommended Posts

Some great football played on cabbage patch pitchers.

We had some quality players then.

70s were a great time for watching footy

I know the Birch gets some stick for his half time antics, but he was a real asset to the Foxes back then.

Memories........so sweet :D

And check out the fashions...you kids these days should be waring huge beige flares with 6 buttons up the waist and pockets on the front, an acryllic jumper from Irish, platform shoes and a silk scarf around your wrist...then you'd be cool...don't know your're born!

And did you see 'Glover is God' banner...he was!!

lol

that is sheer beauty - we had a thing about Luton in those days(not sure why) but we used to take it every time -

the team were sheer class on their day - you take these things for granted at 15 years of age but those days are numbered in history. Thanks for the memories
