Happy to say that despite believing he was a good appointment, mainly based on how he got QPR playing, I was 100% wrong about his appointment. The problem lies we all know where - waiting until late pre-season before appointing him, not having a credible replacement when they got rid of him and generally getting so many major decisions wrong.

What an absolute shambles! I can only think of Nelson Thomas(I know I know) Either because of contracts or think they're too good can't see anyone else staying and that will be the best thing that can happen. The next manager will have to be Pearson-like, who can build a team from the core outwards, instil the right ethics and team spirit - I can't see beyond the youngsters and the odd loan. The point isnt so much about Bilal - hes a decent player with promise, which has a long way to go before beinh tge real deal. But itsclear being in demand is tough to deal with - theres seems to be a lot ofdiscontent and it cant do us any favoure waiting for it to play out. Would prefer to mould the younger players. The lack of energy and application in the lasr 2 games has been unacceptable
