DB11 Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 How can we get the club to realise this is most embarrassing, no one wants to do it and that they should stop? Thanks (I tried emailing on the LCFC website but I can't find a contact us page... therefore I didn't try emailing them but I tried to try emailing them......)
Maybes Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 I try to see the funny side of it. Im sure the players dont like it either
DB11 Posted 6 January 2007 Author Posted 6 January 2007 I bet the players hate it, they probably think that the opposition think that we don't like them
Hullfox Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 If everyone just shut the fook up like they do for the game it would soon stop.
stez Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 it was fine before, when the birch just said the first name, but now all you get is the tannoy bloke explaining, like we're all divs, how to say someones surname after their first name has been said. i'm sure more people did it, too, when it wasn't official
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 If everyone just shut the fook up like they do for the game it would soon stop.
He's not bald Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Don't knock it, it's the loudest we are all afternoon!!
Loake Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 fans were given the chance not to do this today, the announcer said before the game if you don't like it don't do it, and the club will stop it if no-one joins in.
lcfc_jme Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 It's dreadful. Especially when people get the names wrong!! I join in though
DB11 Posted 6 January 2007 Author Posted 6 January 2007 I joined in with Hume today. But I don't think they'll do it again, wasn't very loud.
Cobbo Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Leicester City - Leading the revolution in involving the fans. It's incisive ideas like this that just puts our club ahead of all the others.
potter3 Posted 6 January 2007 Posted 6 January 2007 Say the wrong names. It's funny. Do it. It's even more entertaining to shout De Vries instead
