Here here,I've just started taking my 12 year old and the last think I want her to hear is abuse from racist scumbags...let's get them out!

Don't know anything about this but I was walking down the road (Burnmoor - Not sure if this is the same Road these scum were on) but there were a few lads singing city songs down there that we all joined in.

I could still hear them when we reached the tigers ground as well :D

I hope these aren't the same people that have been mentioned on here <_<

Well...if the songs you were singing included:

"No surrender to the IRA"

"England till I die" and

"Hate Paki's and we hate Pakis"

interspersed with some City songs...

...Then it is odds on that they are one and the same.

BNP supporters, huh? Ain't they just luverly!

I left the ground fairly late and walked past that area.

Fairly large chap lying on the floor surrounded by a large group of fans? and stewards. I didn't want to stop and stare.

Did anybody see it?: is he ok? was he put there or was it medical reasons?

I am assuming that this post is directed at me...

It's the collection of songs, having a theme - that theme being a racist one as they are the collection of songs sung by racists. Read the thread properly and you will see no link between that song and racism

And, as if it matters, no I don't sing that song...it's as stupid as slamming your dick in the door.

I have to say a disagree, slamming you dick in a door is increadibly stupid, England till I die is just annoying

The funny thing is that st george was a turk\palistenian, I bet those racist idiots didn't know that!!!

Sadly, this type of stupidity is not only confined to L1.

How many heard the pro-England chants from the Kop at the Cardiff game? Considering that Cardiff fielded far more English players than we did, these were particularly brainless.

At the Real Sociedad pre-season game there were a bunch of them at the top of the Kop aswell, basically sang about how much they hate the Spanish all game. (although that may be cos L1 was closed that day).

On saturday i was in l1 as per usual but i wasn't in the concourse at haff time or whatever. But i have heard these racist chants before and it is unexpectable. Although somebody early on said it its the same as england and wales. When Cardiff came to leicester. But it isn't because they bloody hate us and sang songs about hatred to England. So we sang england songs. This has happened for ages though and i don't think it is like other racist chants.

I remeber that as well, but not much has been said about it. Also Leonisco theirs a quote on your signature. Have yo got a link to that page please as i live quite close to Banbury and a lot of people hate them round here.

I have contacted Peter Jones concerning alleged racist taunts and what occurred at half time. Good news is that they've already caught one person who was attacking the stall at half time and have a number of people on CCTV. Concering the racist behaviour, they are aware of what happened around L1 but they need direct evidence to catch more people. The unfortunate thing about Saturday was that it was a police-free match which is why these hooligans got away with their behaviour for so long. Peter Jones who I contacted was very swift in his response and actually called back. He was clearly concerned with what happenned on Saturday and the club is doing their best to stamp such behaviour out. If you heard anything, please e-mail him at [email protected].

Well done for getting in touch, Peter Jones seems very keen to help and it may take a while but hopefully in the future this kind of behaviour will br gone either because the protagonists are all banned or because they know they wont get away with it. Also was it just me or did you feel quite important getting an email/call from someone at the club! Sad I know ;)

I'm sure they won't be complaining come June/July/August......

Don't be silly...singing English songs when you play a Welsh team has happened ever since I can remember...the Welsh teams do exactly the same...and no it's not 'two wrongs making a right', everyone understands that it is just banter...the exact numbers of english players on each team doesn't make a difference, the team is still based in the country

Yeah these geezers in L1 sound like c***s who shoulds be banned, but I swear some of you dont deserve to be at the football either cus youre the ones thats ruining it

When are ever going to learn what the term "Devil's Advocate" means?

Here's the hard evidence for anyone who was in any kind of doubt.

This was brought to my attention by Leicester Lass and the link has been forwarded to Peter Jones.

I've downloaded the video itself just in case it's taken off YouTube before Peter Jones gets to see it.

I wouldn't want to convict anyone on the basis of that.

To be fair, if you post something on an internet forum how I am supposed to know whether you're putting forward your own views of playing 'devil's advocate'? I don't know you, I don't know your personality, what am I to think?
