Ricey Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 Hasn't done it on mine but I rarely wear it anyway so that's probably why

Little Nicky Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 Apparantly. you're advised to hand wash them, personally I don't and I wear it regularly enough n it's fine, must just be u lot !
foxesfan69 Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 everysingle letter on my fosse gold shirt has come off so will not be buying next years shirt, rip off and shoddy quality.
SilverFox Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 When I bought my shirt(s) the person in the shop told me to either hand wash it or to wash it at a very low temperature.
Matt Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 everysingle letter on my fosse gold shirt has come off so will not be buying next years shirt, rip off and shoddy quality. 53991 Sounds like Leicester alright, Both on and off the field

Cobbo Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 Woohoo, mine is fine. Only ever had the problem of the letters peeling off on my first ever City shirt, the home top from 90-92. What a bloody kit that was though
Anish Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 Hasn't done it on mine but I rarely wear it anyway so that's probably why 53940 Same here - I don't wear mine much either cos of work during the week, and I can't wear a Leicester City shirt while I'm working as a turnstile operator either Only get to wear it at away games.
Matt Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 My shirt fine too but now i've said this it'll probably start peeling! I had a problem with my City shirt from 3 seasons ago and I had a name printed (i'd rather not mention the bastards name - People can probably guess who though) and the letter became all sticky every time I sat down they peeled abit and went 'patchy'
Muz Posted 11 January 2005 Posted 11 January 2005 my S came off me Yellow shirt when i had Savage on <_<
Scarby Posted 12 January 2005 Posted 12 January 2005 I will add to this probley that most sad in more ways than story. Let me take you back the the Mancini debut went in the old filbo shop and their was the old white shirt with Mancini on it i throught even if the I-Tie goes tomorrow it will be history so my father gladly agreed to purchase this item with his hard owned money (i say hard earned hes an author so i may be mistaken) anyway back on topic i wore this shirt for a day and my Mother washed when she return the item to be see had a look on her face a look i have seen many many times before, a look that said sorry tom but....and yes you have guessed it she put the bloody thing on a high wash and the letters peeled of, not half as much as i was pissed of mind you. This has happened to me on many occassions and i was wondering if it is only my mother that cant wash clothes or if others have a simliar story of so please share as i would love to hear it
Alexikokopops Posted 12 January 2005 Posted 12 January 2005 I wash mine inside out and none of the letters have come off at all or anything. Even in a normal wash.

Always hand washed and never machine washed because the colours might run so it's the best way. My little cousin's Fosse gold shirt has lost a couple of letters but he plays football in it and everything and they're flimsy letters anyway. Mine's still ok and I've had it two months and it's washed every week. My mate scratched the 120th bit at the bottom and it went straight through so I know the lettering material is poor.
Anish Posted 12 January 2005 Posted 12 January 2005 I don't ever get any letters on my shirts...can't afford them!
