Brainy Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 Are you in favour of seeing Mark de Vries in a Leicester shirt next season, or would you rather see him leaving the Walkers?
Milky Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 i thought he was never going to return. I'm sure i read that somewhere.
Leicester Lass Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 RK has always said he's not in the plans. But then again will RK be here next season?
Joe. Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 But then again will RK be here next season? When Milan comes in, no. But I really hope we don't get Dowie.... <_<
Head Honcho Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 If we can afford him I see no reason why we don't keep him. I'm sure if he was here this season he'd be nowhere near our worst striker.

Definitely not. Although he was renowned for being a donkey, he still scored more goals than the rest of the side. If we're still in trouble, there's no harm in bringing him back I suppose.
GO GADGET GO Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 No he's damaged goods, one mistake @ home again & he would be slaughtered, oh wait a minute, bring him back then.
holly Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 When Milan comes in, no. But I really hope we don't get Dowie.... <_< he might be what we need
The People's Hero Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 You lot have forgotten how bad he was haven't you. Let's bring back Junior Lewis and Dennis fu cking wise while we're at it, shall we?
Leicester Lass Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 You lot have forgotten how bad he was haven't you. Let's bring back Junior Lewis and Dennis fu cking wise while we're at it, shall we? You forgot Akinbiyi
Daggers Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 De Vries is the answer to our left wing problem.
The People's Hero Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 You forgot Akinbiyi You know as well as I do that he's too good for us and wouldn't come back to us. Imagine that - he'd actually say NO to us. Gareth Farrelly and Carl Asaba anyone?
Lord Nibblington Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 Anyway, didn't we decided that De Vries was going to be sold to the circus, and then run off to be a pirate?
The People's Hero Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 Right, well, now that we've ruined all the football threads, our work here is done.
Lord Nibblington Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 But there will come a time when football is once more discussed in all seriousness...
Daggers Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 But there will come a time when football is once more discussed in all seriousness... ...only when the ring is discovered once more
Lord Nibblington Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 ...only when the ring is discovered once more Whose ring? And who lost it? Very careless if you ask me.
Brainy Posted 8 February 2007 Author Posted 8 February 2007 He hasn't exactly set the world alight but look at the other strikers Fryatt - Slow, inconsistent Cadamarteri - Why is he here again? Hume - Inconsistent (lately) Hammond - Elvis Horsfield/Glombard - can't judge yet. I swear i've missed somebody out..
Kilworthfox Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 Whos this De Vries? De Vries was not a terrible player in the Low ranks! He did a job and scored some goals, i think he provides an option which was certainly needed before the arrival of the Horse!, but the horse will be gone when De Vries loan iss up so maybe there will be a position if RK gets the boot as he clearly does not fancy him!

dandannieldanok Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 Not bothered either way, personally I don't think he will ever don a LCFC shirt again.
Geo V Posted 8 February 2007 Posted 8 February 2007 Its obvious he isnt wanted as they just keep on loaning him out. He must be out of contract soon surely?
