Mort Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Sounds like it could be a quality game… Charlton seem to actually be getting their act together all of a sudden and West Ham are still a mess, if Charlton could win this I think it could give them a really good shout at getting out of the relegation places, on the other hand I’m not sure even if they won West Ham could use the win to much effect… interesting side note, Charlton haven’t lost to West Ham at home since the fifties… any thoughts?
Simi Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Sure to be a 6 pointer for the team that wins if any. I think whoever wins this will have the best chance of staying up. I think West Ham will do it today.
dandannieldanok Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Don't like either team so I hope it will be a draw. I think Charlton will have enough to win.
MC Prussian Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 I'd like to see both relegated... Nasty thought, I know...
lookwhaticando Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Bet the West Ham fans are wishing Eggy didn't fire the trigger when he did. Anyone fancy Curbishley for the Leicester City hot seat come May time?
Simi Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Well I was wrong. West Ham have been spanked today. Charlton and West Ham chanted for Alan Pardew today.
dandannieldanok Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 You're not fit to wear the shirt AGAIN sung by hammers fans.
Ajax Treesdown Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Bet the West Ham fans are wishing Eggy didn't fire the trigger when he did. Anyone fancy Curbishley for the Leicester City hot seat come May time? I've spoke to few who can see this. MM is an known admirer of Curbs. I'd take him defo!
JoeyB Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 i'm glad pardew battered west ham, i think eggy didn't give him enough time
Guest Gist Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 West Ham for the Championship? Looks like it. Another big club with big money in this division.
Leonisco Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 4-0!!! :w00t: I honestly West Ham would get themselves out of it, but it looks like they're down already. I hope Egghead Magnusson feels a right prÃÂck now for getting rid of Pards. Looking forward to going Upton Park next year.
Joe. Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 See you next season then Hammers? Will enjoy the trip to Upton Park....
Tevez Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 i heard a lot of west ham players are on relegation release... boa morte, neill tevez?
Bert Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 4-0!!! :w00t: I honestly West Ham would get themselves out of it, but it looks like they're down already. I hope Egghead Magnusson feels a right prÃÂck now for getting rid of Pards. Looking forward to going Upton Park next year. They'll go straight back up.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 if neil and upson leave the rate their going they will have played about 6 games between them and have cost west ham about £8mill. bargain
Mort Posted 24 February 2007 Author Posted 24 February 2007 i heard a lot of west ham players are on relegation release... boa morte, neill tevez? Yeah... though i think the core of their squad dont have those clauses on their contracts and with Eggs money they can support a big wage bill for a season or so in the championship if they then get back up... but it'll be just like the last time they whent down their squad could well get ripped-apart.
lildave3 Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Can't wait for Upton Park, first game of season
Simi Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 Can't wait for Upton Park, first game of season I remember when they came to The Walkers first game and Dublin got sent off.
