There's probably gonna be more away fans than home ones for that game! Wouldn't be surprised if they outnumbered the home fans, Barnsley's last home attendance was 11,010 against Norwich. Not sure how many fans Norwich took.

00rawat Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 Not suprised realley I remember then comeing to the Walkers Stadium they brought about fourteeen or sixteen coaches awesome support I have to admit.
Leonisco Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 Derby have sold out their allocations of 7.400 at Oakwell this coming weekend I'm sure we'd probably sell that aswell if we were in their position.
Guest Gist Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 I'm sure we'd probably sell that aswell if we were in their position. Exactly. It isn't that far either. <_<
SystonFox Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 i admire sunderlands support as they have always had good following but not derbys. the past 2 seasons they barely managed 2k down at the walkers and didnt make a squeek once. now they are top of the league they take 7k away. would be interesting to see 7k away fans bouncing when a goal goes in though. is it true that celtic hold the biggest record (in seated stadia) of away fans in one stadium at something like 26k at Old Trafford for a friendly?
Mort Posted 26 March 2007 Posted 26 March 2007 Their attendance has gone up… but to be fair the Mackems have always had a large and loyal fan base… even when they’ve been poor their never short of a decent attendance. Go my second team!!!
