Ric Flair Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Didn't know he'd been shipped out to Ipswich, apparently he had a blinder last night on his debut. Surely the sought of player we should of been signing?
Stuliasz Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 It's called having a bit of ambition with your loan signings. I'm sure he'll be a top player at this level.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Didn't know he'd been shipped out to Ipswich, apparently he had a blinder last night on his debut. Surely the sought of player we should of been signing? I think he would be awesome for us.... I've always rated him and think he has been really unlucky with his moves. He should have stayed at Everton. He'd bang loads in in the champ... FACT
Geo V Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 His career has gone tats up and its amazing to think he was scoring for England a few years back and I think cost the Gooners £10m?? At 26, he still has a lot to give and he is the type of player that we should go for if he is still hungry for success and not feeling sorry for himself and his backward career. One thing seems certain though, he must be surplus at Blackburn with all the strikers they have on there books, especially if they make the loan signing of Nonda and permanent deal.
Head Honcho Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Didn't know he'd been shipped out to Ipswich, apparently he had a blinder last night on his debut. Surely the sought of player we should of been signing? Thinking the same myself last night when I saw he scored.
Wils Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Alot of people down here had mixed reactions about him,a bit like us with Horsefeild. But he played well last night according to the papers down here.I think he will do well for them.
Thracian Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Didn't know he'd been shipped out to Ipswich, apparently he had a blinder last night on his debut. Surely the sought of player we should of been signing? Absolutely. And exactly the sort to bring a bit of buzz to the place.
Wils Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Hasnt he scored on everyone of his debut's for each club hes played at?
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 March 2007 Posted 8 March 2007 Big Ears will be back to not being able to hit a barn door before long. Christ, one Championship goal and he's Maradonna.
Wils Posted 8 March 2007 Posted 8 March 2007 Big Ears will be back to not being able to hit a barn door before long.Christ, one Championship goal and he's Maradonna. lol I hope your right.
Simi Posted 8 March 2007 Posted 8 March 2007 It's called having a bit of ambition with your loan signings. I'm sure he'll be a top player at this level. He should be. Although every time he moves somewhere the same is said and nothing happens.
Ric Flair Posted 9 March 2007 Author Posted 9 March 2007 Big Ears will be back to not being able to hit a barn door before long. Christ, one Championship goal and he's Maradonna. Not quite. But he is the sort of player, we should be looking at. A good run in a team at this level and he'd be clinical.
Geo V Posted 9 March 2007 Posted 9 March 2007 Big Ears will be back to not being able to hit a barn door before long. Christ, one Championship goal and he's Maradonna. His career has gone backwards but he is proven to be a clinical finisher if given the service and is still relatively young. He is IMO absolutely the type of player that we should be bringing in (like Chopra is doing for Cardiff) but it would be an idea to get this type of player in on loan to work out of they are hungry to suceed or feel sorry for themselves and wont reach the heights of yesteryear.
