How much longer are you prepared to let Kelly

Like most of the playing staff I have little time for anyone that is part of the last couple of seasons of utter dross.

Keep Kisnorbo, McAuley, Hume, Porter, Henderson, Johansson , and keep as squad players Logan, Stearman, Weso, fyatt and mayberry.

The rest can go including Kelly

I think kelly CAN coach a promotion winning champoinchip side. I have my reservations in relation to Kelly MANAGING a promotion winning champoinchip side.

This also beggars the question which manager would take a new job without bringing their own back room with them? Not many.

Kelly will one day be a good manager, he needs to perfect how to manage. Im sure his tenture at leicester will hold him in good stead.

A good coach doesnt neccasarily make a good manager. Infact, I dont think they do make good managers because coaches are usually good at being friendly with players and the link to the manager but lack the proper skills to actually manage the bigger picture including making the big decisions. Coaches like Brian Kidd typifies a world class coach who should have stayed as a coach as he was a useless manager. The list of failing coaches turned managers is large and RK is yet another one to add to the list.

Feck off! That is either a truly magnificent internet find or a single stroke of Paintshop Pro brilliance.

:scarf: The problem is more than just Kelly, although he as the man who buys, picks, motivates and trains the team he has failed miserably. The rot runs through the team and in to the staff, there has been no none to grab the club by the scruff of the neck and drag it forward, no one willing to take reponsibility for changing things and making this happen. Most seriously of all ther is no passion for the fight. Its tough trying to make a silk purse out of pig's ears but not so tough to breed a combative, agressive team who pressure other teams in to mistakes, who play their bollux off for 90 minutes and who do not take losing lightly. You can't have a slogan like "Foxes never quit, occasionally". I hope Milan breeds this type of cuture and I hope he knows the men who can turn this club in to something we can respect as well as love. :scarf:

I see where you are comming from, i think your bar is raised to high too quickly. The assistant cork has passion, maybe too much. there are some players that play with pride and well for their (unfit) standards. We played with no passion and pride under mickey mouse adams, remember? (after relegation) and under levin we hit rock bottom. we are a better team than that - i can slightly associate to this team which is more than i can say for the teams between 2004-2006

Can you provide any evidence as to this? What are his coaching credentials and qualities?

It's a myth.
