lcfc_jme Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 Almost an entire season of complete and utter shilo and still people want to give this loser a chance, why? Indeed I'm with you on this one (as I have been for some time now). Kelly is a complete cretin and has no idea how to manage a football team. We'll be 4 points above the relegation places before we pick up our next point, and then we might perform The Great Escape again, second season in a row. Everyone will forgive him and think he is the saviour. It pisses me off. He's crap. I don't like him. Get him out.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 I believe there's already a thread on this... err... started by you earlier this evening.
Babylon Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 I believe there's already a thread on this... err... started by you earlier this evening. You know Barton likes to drive home his point... unless we win a few of course and he does his vanishing trick. All this I told you so blah blah blah. After the Southampton cup game he told us we'd get relegated with him in charge... well we weren't so he was wrong. The guy isn't up to where we want to go. In my opinion he did a decent job for where this club was (financially etc) pre MM, but now it is a completely different ball game.
The Reverend Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 Kelly should be go. The scenario predicted will happen. We'll be 3 points above the relegation spot and we'll win (or at the end of the month we'll continue the good month/bad month and get clear of trouble). Well it aint good enough. KELLY OUT
Mikey Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 Yes I have to say Kelly out. Jamie I'll say it for you and for me KELLY OUT !
PAULCFC Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 Put it this way.....If kelly's still in at the end of the season, when the letter for my season ticket renewall drops through the door it ain't going back with a cheque in!
Joe. Posted 17 March 2007 Posted 17 March 2007 Milan won't have it. I strongly believe Kelly will not be here in pre-season
SydneyFC Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 He's taken us to a low point with a defeat against QPR. If he doesn't improve, he should go.
Filbert_Ross Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 played the two shitest teams this week at home and got 1 point, its not good enough.
MC Prussian Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Almost an entire season of complete and utter shilo and still people want to give this loser a chance, why? As much as I understand your antipathy towards Rob Kelly, it's always the entire team that's losing. You could at least show the same amount of disappointment towards the shameful display from our so-called "players" who often resemble a foul piece of bread, good for nothing. I - for my part - hope for a decent player swap this summer, with the usual suspects to be released and never to be seen again in or around the Walkers.

The blame is 100% Kelly's, he picks the team, if he picks a bunch of useless tvvats who else should you blame. If Fergusson put his youth team out against Chelsea in the premier and Chelsea b eat Man U it wouldn't be the youth team players fault they lost it would be Fergys for putting a team on the pitch who are not good enough. If you then say that the 16 picked yesterday are the best we've got, it means after 60 odd games thats the best you can do,(Kelly) managing a football team is not the job for you. If I was as bad at my job as Kelly is at his l would be signing on Monday morning. I expect Kelly to be out the door by mutual agreement in the next 7 days. 8months to late in my opinion, we owe him F- all, his incompidence as fkd my club up, he accepted a job he couldn't do, so took money under false pretences. I don't blame him for giving it a go to start with, but at some point in the last year Kelly must have woke up to the fact that he can't do the job, he's been lucky to get paid a high wage for ball sing things up.
Simi Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 He's taken us to a low point with a defeat against QPR. If he doesn't improve, he should go. He hasn't really improved all season other than one good month every so often.

Whilst Kelly has probably condemned himself, if Mandaric had any doubts, with the last few dismal performances, don't underestimate the sheer dross he is working with. It never ceases to amaze me how many contributors keep picking sides and telling Kelly where he is going wrong, as if the players are guiltless in all this!! They should be called comedy threads because they are so naive and hilarious. If Leicester had got relegated this season this bunch would not get the club promoted again. They are that bad. And if you think a different manager could instantly wave a magic wand and turn this shower into Barcelona, just think again. One of the countries best managers, Martin O'Neill, has failed to do it at Villa yet. This club will not improve until virtually every first team player is put on his bike.

I agree most of the players are garbage, Kelly as brought in players and they have been worse than who they where meant to replace. Its Kelly who picks the team, 20,000 fans know that Hughes and Hammond are shocking but Kelly keeps picking them, he's the only one who can't see. We have young players who have talent, but since Kelly as been in charge they have gone backwards, their future as players is in doubt. Just look at the subs bench every week, no atacking options! Kelly is clueless as a manager and a coach. A decent manager will replace the dead wood, Kelly can't even see the dead wood.

Yes, but Kelly has tried them all out and whichever combination he picks results in the same failures. As Thracian rightly points out - how many right wingers as he played? His "transfers" are pretty much certain to be poor because if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Any good manager coming in could ruin his reputation with this lot. Brian Clough used to ship the existing players out when he joined a club as boss - citing that, as they had got the previous manager the sack, he wasn't going to give them a chance to get him it either!!

It's a bit of both really. Against Leeds, Horsfield was utter garbage. Jarrett and Hughes were ineffective. Yesterday, Horsfield was still utter garbage. Jarrett and Hughes were appalling. Why were they changed so late in the game when they had done their work and we were dead and buried? Wesolowski should have been on for the full second half. Hughes should not have seen even a minute of the second half. Elvis should have started. He may be rubbish but unfortunately, he is better than Horsfield. Fact is, we have brought in rubbish loan players. QPR this week got Idiakez. Look at other loan players out and about - QPR have Camp, Marcienne, teams like Plymouth have Sinclair, look at the players at Stoke. Why could Kelly not have pulled some good loan signings off?
Kilworthfox Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Rob Kelly Is not the man to take LCFC forward. Alot of the fans think it as it was obvious 3 poor performances and its Kelly out time again! He will not be here next year simple as that so don't worry MM will sort out something for us and we will be riding high once more! Leicester are back oooh woah

As I said earlier this week a gimp handed baboon could put out a more competitive team than Rob Kelly, the players clearly do not respect him or the other 2 oafs that waddle around the training ground.
foxesfan1 Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 well i would like to go through the team he picked Henderson, Maybury, Kenton, Kisnorbo, Johansson, Newton, Jarrett (Wesolowski 76), Hughes (Tiatto 76), Yeates, Hume, Horsfield (Hammond 62). hendo: good player everyone knows that my opinio needs a rest maybury: hasnt been too consistant past few games but still not a bad right back kenton: not been used in a while, why put him straight into the team even if mccauley is injured kisnorbo:good defender cant knock him just had a bad game yesterday (qpr game) johansson:normally a good left back but gave the ball away unneccesarily and didnt help close down the defender for the 3rd qpr goal newton: played well on tuesday for debut yesterday tried to do too much and wasnt affective jarret: normally okay but absolutely embarrassing yesterday wesolowski:not been given a chance in ages didnt have enough time to make any real impact on the team hughes: absolutely diabolical i would pick someone from the crowd rather than see him play yeates: did nothing to impress me was crap even though i thought he showed potential hume:what can i say only person i thought that tried horsfield:was he even playing because it didnt seem like it hammond:how the hell did he miss from a yard out the chance was easier to score than miss but still did more than horsfield and what can we all say about kelly?, he cant do his job for one, hes left out players that have been promising at start of season, left out youth players that deserve a chance to play rather than the crap he chose for yesterday and what kind of loan deals did he bring in really? cmon horsfield's past it and yeates is a wannabe premiership player which aint happening. other teams bringing in good players we decide obviously not to. im affraid that leicester's team this season has been full of "one trick ponies" that only preform ever so often. if i was mandarich rk would be out after the two performances we've just had(leeds and qpr) comparing to the west brom and coventry game i was truely embarrased to stay until the final wissle, where 5 rowes from around me a my m8s had left already 10minutes earlier. like watching sunday league football!

He's not bald Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 I didn't actually understand the last two paragraphs Wissle? There should be no debate after the second half display,it was an utter disgrace and his post match comments made me so fooking angry, I've never been a Kelly fan right from the start I didn't think he was the right man for the job and now he's hiding behind pathetic and repeated excuses I'm not even sure he's a man!Get the idiot out before he puts us in league 1

I think that is the most bizarre metaphor I've ever come across. Agree with the sentiment to the full, though.
