Stuliasz Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 There isn't much generally said about Barca on here but I feel there must be enough admirers on here that they deserve their own thread. They are starting to look a lot more like the Barca of old now, currently 2-0 up against Deportivo having just scored one of the best team goals you will ever see finished by Sam Eto'o.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 Football on a higher level. Even during the return leg at Anfield recently in the CL, some of their one-touch passing was breathtaking. And that was the worst I've seen them play for years.
lcfc_jme Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 Isn't it 2-1 now?? It doesn't matter. Both of their goals tonight have been simply outstanding. They have to be the best footballing side in the world. Some of the stuff they play is stunning to watch.
JoeyB Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 I think Barca are a great team and have one of the best mangers in the world. would like to see there gaffer at chelsea tho
Stuliasz Posted 31 March 2007 Author Posted 31 March 2007 I still feel honoured to have seen Barca play at the Walkers a few years ago. I don't think I'll ever forget half the crowd booing Ronaldinho because of the World Cup the year before, only to be given a standing ovation when subbed in the second half. I particularly remember Nalis and Gillespie looking like superstars that day.

There won't be many of us who will see him much in real life...
Manwell Pablo Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 Barcelona have been shite away from home this season.

Gillespie was awesome that day, he was outpacing the left back easy But anyway, Barca are a quality team and have quality players, but i'm more of a Real Madrid man myself.

Arsenal with an end product! Barca are a quality side full of midgets who can pass the ball, create and score goals but Ive gone off La Liga since Ronaldinho was labelled as fat .
Daggers Posted 3 April 2007 Posted 3 April 2007 They are owned and run by the supporters of the team. They refuse to have the shirt sullied by placing the name or logo of a business on it. They stand up to Franco's fascist bastards from Madrid. Barça ~ More than a club!

Sell outs Seriously their not that good, as Naz says Sevilla are the ones that deserve their own thread after the way they've performed this season.
