Manwell Pablo Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,1...2168921,00.html Surely not Finners
Thracian Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 Now there's a proper striker, and a potentially good combination. How I would have loved to see Earnshaw here.
Mort Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 Would be a typical Davies signing, player with ability but has come short in the prem level in the past... if the move goes through it'll be interesting to see if he can make the step up more comfortably than last time around with WestBrom.
sdb Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 would be pleased to see him leave this league, real confidence player though

You're right in that he still has to prove himself at Premiership level but he never got a proper chance with Robson. Many fans were incensed about it and in the end it lost Robson a lot of credibility which, I'm sure, contributed to his downfall at West Brom.

Oh i agree... its reflects worst on Robson rather than any one else IMHO, it also says a lot that Earnshaw has been a player thats attracted a lot of attention from medium sized prem clubs, would be a decent adition for Derby, wouldnt be surprised to see Brum also consider moving for him.
lildave3 Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 God I hope not, I like Earnie, not as much as Finners like but I like him as a player.

potter3 Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 I don't like him, but I would like him to leave this league, however not for Derby.
Ultra Posted 8 June 2007 Posted 8 June 2007 Earnshaw's a quality player, but beyond our current budget.. Might end up at a better Premiership club than Derby, though...
