BartonFox Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 Thornton Heath again. Can't Wait. In all my days I'd never thought I would read/hear some suggest they are looking forward to going to T'ornton 'Het.
Micky Ruddle Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 That'll probably be the same one we're getting, When the rest can get their arses in gear. Being....
Nath Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 Yeah it's a 5-10 minutes walk from the ground. Thornton Heath is the tube station nearest to the ground. rightio. May well come down
Floating Fox Posted 16 August 2007 Author Posted 16 August 2007 Yeah it's a 5-10 minutes walk from the ground. Thornton Heath is the tube station nearest to the ground. Tube Station  You weren't even wasted last time, so you should remember.
Simi Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 That'll probably be the same one we're getting, When the rest can get their arses in gear. Being.... Definitely NOT me.
Joe. Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 That'll probably be the same one we're getting, When the rest can get their arses in gear. I'd love to know who this is aimed at. It's not me! I blame Ben.
Wooly Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 The 'spoons is the place to be. Thornton Heath is disgusting but it's the cheapest boozer close to the ground, easy to find and will be rammed with City fans. As I said, I'll be there from 11!
Nath Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 I'll be there I remember u saying your on fox travel. what one you on?

Joe. Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 What's all this malarkey then? I have no idea. I just thought it was the easy option to blame you.
Floating Fox Posted 16 August 2007 Author Posted 16 August 2007 I have no idea. I just thought it was the easy option to blame you.
lildave3 Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 I have no idea. I just thought it was the easy option to blame you. You Freddy. See Ched for details.
Simi Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 You Freddy.See Ched for details. I am not your butler.
lildave3 Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 I am not your butler. You are aware of the freddyness. Many people aren't. Now dance monkey boy dance.
Geo V Posted 16 August 2007 Posted 16 August 2007 This is a great fixture for me as a "Londoner" as my son lives a few mins away from the ground so the plan is to meet see him early, watch the game and then go back and take the lad to watch a film or summit! I am trying to get him to come to the odd game but he is obsessed with fookin Arsenal. I am failing as a father BTW I was listening to the knob Barber for the Accrington game and he was making out that its a nightmare to travel too. I agree its a bit of a pig to get to by car but if anyone is coming down by train, its quite easy to get too. Probably Leicester to London Victoria and then on to Selhurst or Thornton Heath with the latter being a 10 min walk and the former a 5 min walk. For the record, I think we`ll do em 2-1!

I'm thinking that too. 2 of Fryatt, DJ and Kisnorbo WILL score in a 2-1 win
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 17 August 2007 Posted 17 August 2007 Hope you all enjoy the game cos' some of us have to wait til 12am and get shite streaming on the internet of the game.

Went last year and I went Victoria to Thornton Heath- still managed to get lost walking to the game though! Took about 20 mins- should probably have taken 10. It isn't an easy ground to find and signposting is pretty much non-existent until you're almost on top of it... All the best to everyone who's making the trip...
Tommeh Posted 17 August 2007 Posted 17 August 2007 half 8 train out of Leicester, I'll be forking knakered by KO!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 August 2007 Posted 17 August 2007 half 8 train out of Leicester, I'll be forking knakered by KO! I'm going to have to leave Northampton at about that time too and I still ache like a motherf**ker from my 5-a-side on Wednesday night. Could be a big day of recovery on Sunday.
The People's Hero Posted 17 August 2007 Posted 17 August 2007 I'm getting confused - this bloody pissed up penguin is turning up everywhere.
