Simi Posted 28 August 2007 Posted 28 August 2007 Just a bit of advice, keep hold of your ticket I'd say. I have no idea what the situation will be though. Because 45 minutes were played, Forest have the right to charge us again. Obviously there are more important issues at the moment though.

mat_j101 Posted 28 August 2007 Posted 28 August 2007 I had a look at our fixtures, and i wonder whether they might re-arrange the Ipswich away game on Tuesday 18th (i think thats when it is) and play it then, as it will then be done before the third round games have to be played, There didnt seem like many other slots!!

They won't rearrange a League game I don't think.

League games take priority over the league cup, it will either be played on the day of the 3rd round ties or a free tues/ weds night that both clubs have!

Ultra Posted 28 August 2007 Posted 28 August 2007 It's up to Forest. But bear in mind that any additional charges would also apply to their fans. And given the event which caused the abandonment, I doubt they would want to be seen profiting from it.

Tommeh Posted 28 August 2007 Posted 28 August 2007 I mean match tickets mate. well I meant the fox travel match tickets I have no idea, at £4 I'm not too fussed but It'll be interesting to see how both clubs handle it, and on reccomendations from police whether we'll be allowed another 5.5k odd going after the trouble.

Im very confident that you wont have to pay again, forest fans would be up in arms even if there were only 10,000 of us. To be honest i think with all the problems both clubs are facing with finding a date to fit the match into and the trouble the ticket office will have with people throwing away stubs and proving that they were at the match...etc i can see the replay not going ahead. I wouldnt like it to happen this way because it would be a very hollow victory(if in fact it was us to go through) but hopefully it wont come to that.
