Well I'm glad I didn't pay for the 'privilege’ of having LCFC World, I never went to the match but I would wager a large sum of money that to call them match highlights contravenes the supply of goods act or whatever it’s called. I certainly wouldn’t pay for such an appalling product and have just emailed them to say so.

My head has got more highlights on it than that garbage, and I’m folically challenge (well alright virtually bald) :whistle:

Can't believe our marking though, shocking. There's no way things can go on the way they are. We need 3 defenders and a striker who can score and we could beat anyone :S

As a complimentary member of LCFC World I have to say there is little chance of me paying for this service when my special offer runs out. I feel that the product is very poor and in particular the match highlights are just the 'goals'. The LCFC V's Stoke game is a typical example there were numerous shots on targets including open goals misses, posts hit, the highlights reflect none of this. I understand from friends that these highlights used to run for 5 minutes or more regularly now we get 2 minutes if we are lucky.

A very poor product indeed.

I understand where you're coming from Colly and the tongue in cheek aspect of your post ;) but my email is support, not blind support, but the support where a customer feeds back on what is wrong with a product thus allowing improvements to be made. That's why it's important that we all let LCFC know what we think about how they are adulterating the pure product which is football with all the so called added value that most fans don't want.
