Today I have had more breathing tests. They bloody well hurt. >_<

I had all sorts of breathing tests a week ago. Had to be on a treadmill for 10 minutes and go in this gas cube and everything like where they remove the air for a bit and see how quickly it takes for me to struggle breathing.

Had about 2 hours worth of tests.

I haven't had to have those ones. These are a combination of bastard peak flows and saline induced sputum extractions. :sick:

Not only does it hurt, but it sends me very light headed!

Yeah was alright. Had a laugh in school wearing me pink number (Breast Cancer day) so that was a giggle. Then we knocked out some team from Earl Shilton for College. Then we found out we're going Warackshire in the English Schools Cup. Can't wait.

My peakflows are always piss poor.

I am in denial, so I always put far too much effort into it, and end up with sore lungs for the next 24 hours.

My lungs are still hurting this morning, and I have to go and run in a bit. :(
