anybody got any tips on tactics to play away from home, my away for is amazingly poor! again i just beat palace 4-0 at home and lost to 23rd in the league norwich 3-0!!

Try an extremely negative 4-1-4-1 with a target man, pacy wingers and hard working midfielders.

a defensive 3-4-2-1 is the formation of the future.

It's got me into the automatic promotion slots with 2 games in hand on 1st place who have 3 points more than me.

All of this in a season I was expected to get mid-table.

Mind you, my team is pretty amazing as my scouts are rather sexy.

great tip for scoring from corners, bit of.... well not really a secret but here goes!

set obviously youre best corner takers, and have inswinging corners so left footer on the right etc.

set the player with the best long shots and put their instructions on 'outside area'

dont put anybody on 'standing on near post' instead move youre best header of the ball to challenge gk.

now put youre 2nd and maybe third best header on 'attack near post'

now set youre corner instructions to '6 yard box'.

now sometimes change it up a bit so swap the players about and maybe put 2 players challenging gk.

make sure nobody else goes towards the near post or is on the gk, infact get the rest of them to go 'attack far post' even.

it is relatively simple i know but it works, mcauley has 4 in 16, kisnorbo has 8 yes 8! in 20, howard has 7 goals form corners but also has others so it does work!

Aye, it's a bug. A bug that's all too easy to exploit for the people who want to.

i happen to know that it isnt, like you i thought it was but i found a forum (ill try and find the link) whereby emails were sent to si about these bugs even on the new patch and that wasnt found to be one of them, its just if you can put the ball in that area even in real life then it will be very dangerous! i mean i dont score evry time, far from it tbh its just really when i play really really well and everything goes in!

Well according to the official forums it's a bug. Although there's was a little more extreme, with their centre backs becoming the top scorers in the premiership lol

Randomly started with Belgium last night. My target is to qualify for the 2010 World Cup.

I joined 2/3rds into the Euro 2008 qualifying campaign so I couldnt really do much being 7 pts behind a play off place, but its been really confusing so far. I lost at home to Armenia 1-3 and then beat Poland away 3-4. Very inconsistent.

Who are they?

You're defence should be decent though surely? Certainly shouldn't be conceding against those sort of teams.
