I had to write to Milan

I am quite sure TD was sincere but, our sporting gesture and Forest fighting spirit apart, I'm a long way from being impressed with a lot of things at Leicester right now.

I don't suppose he mentioned if there was any chance of ending the sort of tactical nonsense that cost us the game against QPR did he?.

Cos that would be a start.

But basically it might help if I had any idea why you're suddenly so impressed.

I'm with you, was crap on tuesday and we where very lucky to win. Gonna be the toughest test of are season tommorrow and gonna be intresting what team he opts for. I reckon he will play for a draw to be honest.

Thrach

Earlier you stated that I had demeaned myself by writing the letter in the first place, now I've got some answers to the points I raised and suddenly you're interested.

Not quite. I said I wouldn't demean myself. I didn't say you had nor did I intend to imply that. My disenchantment was aimed at MM not at you at all.

How you felt and chose to react was your business.

I am interested because you're a pretty dedicated fan who has suddenly discovered new hope for the future. I just wondered why? Simple as that.

I think a lot of people are going OTT. Mandaric has given us at least reason for some hope. Allen seemed really promising but a win, draw and loss isn't amazingly great and i think we all just jump on a chance to be pessimistic whenever we can. Not suprising after the last few years but this all seems too over dramatic to me. Mandaric sacked Allen for a reason and seeing as he's putting his own millions into this club we should respect that it was probably for the best.

i now laugh at people who thought we were going to win the league lol:rolleyes:

Hullfox has shown he is a caring fan on the letter and a credit to LCFC.

the football under martin allen was very entertaining, even the blackpool loss we had chance after chance and it was great fun to watch. im not bothered if we win or lose but its good to see good football again. Under Megson though, i do think we would have a more professional approach to things, and even though it wont be as entertaining he is a good manager at grinding results out. Look at the forest match he injected some pace at the full back and we scored 2 goals in the last 5 mins.

for those fans saying they are 'worried' what drivvel have you been watching over the last 5 years. be grateful your not watching accrington stanley et al every week. lets enjoy the ride, weve been given a lifeline here lets get behind the men who WANT to succeed with the club, Milan wouldn't have invested millions for nothing...

TD has nothing to answer regarding fooballing issues.

He is Chief Executive NOT Football Manager!

Would you expect Peter Kenyon answering questions regarding Why Chelsea play 4-3-3 and not 5-3-2 ???

No matter what the Club do,certain people will never be happy.

They NEED something to moan about!

a) In his position he might well have been enlightened by someone in the know and therefore well able to give an answer.

b) I am well aware of that.

c) Definitely. I would expect my chief exectutive to familiarise himself with all aspects of the club's operation.

d) Speaking for myself, totally untrue.

e) Some fans criticise anything they disagree with. Others just back the management whatever. Most move between the two according to how they see things at the time. As I do.

Im sure he does know enough about football but he isn't going to answer such questions generally is he????

Surely THAT would be the ultimate in undermining the Football Club Manager, when the CExec is answering Footballing questions.

personally i think peeps are annoyed with milan not because of sacking allen but because we have appointed three second rate managers in quick succesion and when i say second rate i mean they arent being clamoured after by any top football clubs.

i think he should say whether this is all we can attract or if it is down to getting a manager on the cheap.
