I am liking this thread as I do like a lot of the new proper stuff around. By proper, I mean it has real musical instruments included such as the guitar and drums...

I am however, confused with the Kanye West inclusion. I thought / assumed / guessed that his music was more hip-hop / rap rather than fitting in with the likes of Milburn et al.

Am I misguided? Should I grab a listen to Mr. West?

No you are not misguided, Kanye West is just an exception to my list... :thumbup:

i'd reccomend loads of albums already mentioned, and endorse the advice from mr dave

my ten'd be:
