Yep, but lets just forget about Rugby League, it is just a warm-up game to Rugby Union and GB's best player and captain not that long ago was Andy Farrell, he comes to union and he literally sets it on fire
Milky Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Whenever i get the chance to watch Rugby league it's always entertaining. These men are solid. Great result.
Webbo Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 League is far more entertaining than Union. Union is all scrum downs and throw ins. League is a lot faster.
Micky Ruddle Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 League is far more entertaining than Union. Union is all scrum downs and throw ins. League is a lot faster. Agreed. Fast-flowing and all that fa-shizzle, like Leicester
Floating Fox Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Whenever i get the chance to watch Rugby league it's always entertaining. These men are solid. Great result. Bang on, everyone says Union is better, bollocks is it. League owns hands down. League is far more entertaining than Union. Union is all scrum downs and throw ins. League is a lot faster. Yet the majoirty of people would say different, mainly because they have never watched league and think its crap 'cus it doesn't make the back page on the scum, sorry sun newspaper.

Very rarely does Union make back pages unless it's a major tournament.

Or have you conveniently forgotten he played Rugby League for 8 years before switching in 2000?
Bert Posted 28 October 2007 Posted 28 October 2007 The only problem with Rubgy League is, it's more northern teams that play it, we don't have a team like the Tigers in Rugby League.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 28 October 2007 Posted 28 October 2007 For anyone who watched this game i would like to know how Jermy Smith for the kiwis went, Also that is a good win for GB
Bryn Posted 28 October 2007 Posted 28 October 2007 The only problem with Rubgy League is, it's more northern teams that play it, we don't have a team like the Tigers in Rugby League. That's the problem really, it's just a north south divide more than anything else. I personally enjoy League a lot more, it's a more entertaining game. You rarely get boring matches. I think if there were more southern teams the game would be more dominant in this country.
