lcfc_jme Posted 4 November 2007 Posted 4 November 2007 His free kick against Chelsea was one of the best free kicks I've ever seen a City player take. Their defence didn't have a clue how to defend it.He started off a little shaky but has improved a lot recently, I think he deserves it this month. Most definitely. I don't think many defences would have had a clue how to deal with it in all fairness. Ched knows.
Bert Posted 4 November 2007 Posted 4 November 2007 I've gone for Sheehan. For a still inexperienced left-back to play such a big part in so many goals is outstanding. I haven't looked up the official tally but with the disallowed goal at Hillsborough it must be about six assists and two goals. Whatever it is that's far more than we've had off any full-back for a long time and his latest contribution could well have helped us to a famous victory at Chelsea but for the untimely loss of Porter. Four assists according to the OS.
Dames Posted 4 November 2007 Posted 4 November 2007 Fulop only just shades it from Sheehan for me. It makes a big differance having such a huge presence in goal.
WetFlannel Posted 4 November 2007 Posted 4 November 2007 Went for Mcauley, 99.999999 % for his goal at chelsea alone
Lillehamring Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 fulop was clearly the outstanding player last month but i'm surprised he is leading this month, the fact that macauley, kis and sheehan are the only others being mentioned reflects how important the defense has been this month in reducing his workload. fulop is making one or two good saves now, which is his job, and many have said that he cost us the points at the weekend, i really rate him tho and hope we sign him, but i went for macauley, just shading it over sheehan, based on his alround game and his step up to captain in hwich he seems to be doing a fine job.
Koke Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 I voted for Sheehan. His contribution to the team has been phenomenal. Good on the lad.
lookwhaticando Posted 10 November 2007 Posted 10 November 2007 October 2007 Fulop 62/101 = 3 points Sheehan 14/101 = 2 points Kisnorbo 12/101 = 1 point Running Totals Fulop = 6 points - 2 outright wins Clemence = 4 points Weso = 3 points - 1 outright wins Sheehan = 2 points Kisnorbo = 1 point Cort = 1 point Hume = 1/2 point N'Gotty = 1/2 point
