The People's Hero Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 What's happening with this? Still a link? Or have we thrown them to the lions?
The People's Hero Posted 13 December 2007 Author Posted 13 December 2007 I think so. I didn't dream that did I? They even took part in the super-dooper-great-Pepsi-World-Championship-Mace-You've-fu cked-up-big-time debacle that about 254 people turned up to watch.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 Mr. Filbert Fox never misses a first team game and is involved in school activities and charities. He is an ambassador of Leicester City FC and its community activities. That makes us sound like a bunch of f**king nutters whose PR is handled by a bloke dressed as an eight-foot animal.
The People's Hero Posted 13 December 2007 Author Posted 13 December 2007 That makes us sound like a bunch of f**king nutters whose PR is handled by a bloke dressed as an eight-foot animal. It's reminded me of why I love this club. Perhaps the link was severed when we went in to admin and the old club ceased to exist?
potter3 Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 The City now fill their 32500 seater bowl shaped stadium every matchday. Yeah, right In addition the stadium has inbuilt facilities like conference and banqueting suits, offices, turnstiles, kiosks, the City Megastore, the ticket office, bars and restaurants that allows the stadium to address City's revenue requirements. Luxurious eh?
Fat Ron Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 now it is in stable hands while Manager Micky Adams creates miracles on the field
potter3 Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 It's reminded me of why I love this club.Perhaps the link was severed when we went in to admin and the old club ceased to exist? No we linked up with them after we were out of admin, I think. Didn't we have a link with Cork that was severed?
Raj Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 apparently they backed out because they felt an association with Leicester City FC to be 'an embarresment to our footballing pedigree, history and future" Thats official.
Fat Ron Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 No we linked up with them after we were out of admin, I think. Didn't we have a link with Cork that was severed? Yeah, he was sacked along with Mental Micky!!! (Sorry Couldnt resist....)
The People's Hero Posted 13 December 2007 Author Posted 13 December 2007 No we linked up with them after we were out of admin, I think. Didn't we have a link with Cork that was severed? That was where Delaney came from.
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 13 December 2007 Posted 13 December 2007 it would be a good sponsor thou wudnt it!! Kingfisher beer......???

I remember a fat Peter Canero trying to get forward from right back against the mighty Bengal - that was fun to watch. Oh, and Gemmill dictated the midfield. Beautiful.
