Phube Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 In your truthful opinion, which game would create a better atmosphere? A typical 1-0 game. Or a 4-5 game. You decide!

Phube Posted 15 December 2007 Author Posted 15 December 2007 We'll have less of that young (maybe old) Lady!!!!
Raj Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 We'll have less of that young (maybe old) Lady!!!! More like VERY OLD lady!!!
SamL Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 It's a bit hard to comment due to the fact that a 4-5 loss is very rare in football but these are just the views that I have. If we're attacking more than we're defending it usually gets the crowd going more. During a 4-5 game we'd be attacking more whereas in a 1-0 game knowing us we'd probably sit back and defend the lead.
WetFlannel Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 well a high scoring narrow defeat generally gets the crowd on their side, but if you go 1 - 0 up early on in the game, and from there on batter your opponents then the crowd usually responds... it depends really about current positions, timing of goals, importance of goals and games beforehand building up to the match
Zingari Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 why don't you just take a barometer with you and measure it
Phube Posted 15 December 2007 Author Posted 15 December 2007 why don't you just take a barometer with you and measure it Ba-dum TSH!!!!
DB11 Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 Come on you 3... justify your decision! I'm in the 3... it would be a better atmosphere because we'd have won. Especially if we scored in the 91st minute or something
Phube Posted 15 December 2007 Author Posted 15 December 2007 I'm in the 3... it would be a better atmosphere because we'd have won. Especially if we scored in the 91st minute or something And what about the previous 90mins!!!
DB11 Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 And what about the previous 90mins!!! The atmosphere in that remaining few minutes would be a lot better than the atmosphere losing 5-4. What if we were to go 5-0 down? Also, when we scored that last minute winner against Spurs I thought it was better atmosphere than when we beat Watford 4-1 or Leeds 4-0.
DB11 Posted 15 December 2007 Posted 15 December 2007 If it was draw 3-3 or something from 3-0 down then that would be a better atmosphere
