How hard is it to come over and acknowledge the fans? This is one thing that i really like, when the players come over to us.

After travelling up there, and having to watch that tripe, i was quite pissed off that only Clem, Kisnorbo and Fulop came over to us.

maybe they had to get back to their mansions and continue their season on fifa08.

This happened away at Sheff Weds the season before last - I think a few of us wrote to the club and told them it was disgusting.

The next away game I think we were at Plymouth and at the start of the game they all came over to us to give us a big clap...it's not acceptable. Although I didn't acknowledge them myself after today!

yes bert ; at least the whole team could muster should be an acknowledgement of the travelling fans at the end of the game , it seems to show a lack of team spirit

There is no spirit...none whatsoever. I've played enough football to know when I see a team ruderless and floundering. It's going to get worse, and any 5 or 6 players taken on in January are not going to be able to change the spirit easily...............especially as most that come our way will be mercenary yet again.

If holloway cant influence the old mercanaries, how is he going to motivate the new ones??

That is a serious question ...how??

It also seems to show what they really care about. Not the fans, that go here there and everywhere watching them.

I hope holloway cancels the christmas outing they are having tonight and sent them home on the bus.

Christmas partys are for staff that have worked hard over the past year. Not useless inept fools.

i doubt very much that any new recruits will have any significant effect ; the whole holloway dealing was a stink from the beginning and anyone arriving the way he did will look a complete arse when he speaks of loyalty/ trust etc

we are so deep in sleazy dealings now i really cannot see how to get out , the supposed miraculous effect of january transfer deals is just a myth

Clem, Kisnorbo and Fulop

It shows you the players that are devoted and give a toss

That is very disappointing. Absolute bollocks in fact.

Those 3 do actually care about the fans and what it might feel like to spend all that money and time to support the team.

Surprised Hume didn't come over though.

I think it just shows how embarrassed they were, after all by coming over to acknowledge the fans it might look like, in their minds they were looking to be praised for their performance. In a round about way I guess it shows they do care, well at least enough to feel embarrassment.

What about the fans?

The players couldn't give a fook.

Yeah I agree with this.

They obviously know they're not putting in the effort if they haven't got the bollocks to come over and clap the fans, for traveling all that way to watch a joke of a performance.

Fair play to the ones that came over and clapped, although it doesn't make up for the fact that they were complete toss.

Im afraid theres no commitment or passion with the City players. I for one would not have clapped them yesterday, due to the fact that there was a lack of effort!!!!!!!

Anyway Id left well before the end so I could get home and drown my sorrows in self pity!!

Lets hope Ollie gets his team in some sort of order come January !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats what i think but i would never do that to my own team

Why would they come over and clap us? We were just as shite off the pitch as they were on. (Que someone having a rant about the players need to perform :yawn: )

I wouldn't have clapped any of them but Fulop anyway.

Feel very sorry for Fulop at the moment.

why would fulop care, hes not here permanantly and will be happy to get out of here as soon as he can... fulop gets his odd chant and knows hes appreciated...

So he wasn't one of the very few players that came over and clapped the fans? Seems like he loves Leicester more than the players who have a signed contract. I would be very embarrased playing infront of 10 shite players every week. If it wern't for Fulop, our goal difference would be poor, we wouldn't of celebrated our League Cup run. He is quality, going to be gutted to see him go at the end of this season.

On the Hume subject, we all know he cares a great deal about the club and supporters, always gives 110% even if he isn't playing well.

Now yesterday I wasn't there, but if only three players came over and applauded, then that is disgraceful. We have excellent supporters, who spend good money and half their weekend following this team, and deserve to recognised by the players. Clapping at the end isn't much to ask is it?

But then again, they can move on, we are stuck here for life, good or bad. If anyone went to Ipswich how many clapped our supporters (I went but had to leave early to catch the train see, never left a match early before though)?

And? Unless he went back to the dressing room, there's nothing stopping him from coming over to the fans at the final whistle except himself. Subs have come over before now.
